I just tried to make an appointment on line and it tells me I can't because they don't have anyone at the branch that speaks English. Really??????????????????

Opened an account here after living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 3 years. and kept the account open when I left california. good location, nice ATMS outside. Branch Manager Amanda was awesome

Worst customer service. They made you feel you’re at fault when they provided you with the wrong information before.
