Worst chase branch ever . Amer Aldaoud vice president / branch manager doesn’t want to take responsibility . Chase decided to close my account and risk management department told me that I could go to branch to collect my cashiers check and branch manager Amer Aldaoud refused to give me my own money since it’s large fund . He is very unprofessional and doesn’t have any sense of customer service . He is very rude .I was not mad because the risk management decided to close my account however I am pissed how the branch manager handled the situation . He could have easily handed cashier check but he denied and told me to wait till July 2nd .

I have had both my business and personal accounts with Chase for more than 10 years. Twice now I deposited $500 in the ATM at night and the machine had a failure and could not deposit the funds nor did it give me my money back and no receipt. When you contact the bank they place a credit but if they don't find the money they take the credit away. I have both picture and video evidence I was at the machine but they say the money was not deposited and when I refer to the video footage from the ATM machine they say the only way the video can be provided or used to prove my case requires me to hire an attorney and to subpoena the video footage. Also they will not accept my video and picture evidence even though it includes embedded forensic data such as time stamp and GPS. I will be leaving Chase. This is theft!

The worst customer service of all time! I received a letter telling me that I owed $70 to renew my safe deposit box. I've never had a safe deposit box! I called the number on the notification, which rang and rang and finally I got a voicemail saying that they're busy handling other customers calls. Please call back! After five attempts it became clear no one was ever going to answer the call. If I could leave minus five stars I would.

This place is like a dark, cold pit. Kind of sets the mood. Customer service is even worse. Unprofessional, rude and unpleasant to interact with. Not sure if it's because they're overworked or just unethical but they treat customers badly. I hardly ever need to go to the bank and yet every time I go there it's depressing.

I had to give one star to be able to write my review. Chase gets ZERO stars from me. I've banked with them from the time they we called "Great Western" in the 80's. Fast forward to 2021, I was hacked and they did not notify me for over a week. My Mom was also hacked at the same time and they notified her immediately. After countless hours on the phone trying to place security measures on my account it became apparent I could no longer trust them. I went to close my account today and no one that worked there was authorized to sign the cashiers check. I called a few hours later since they didn't call me. I was informed if I came back to the bank they could issue 2 checks. If I go back tomorrow I may have one check!! They should be named, "Chase us for your Money" Horrible customer service on the phone and in person. I had to ask the banker to put on his mask, then I had to ask him to cover his nose too. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and he asked me why I didn't want to sit.

This review is primarily for Chase Mortgage. Their Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams are worthless. I started off working with Kimberli Bearly (Sr. Home Lending Advisor) and then her manager Michael Eusebio. After working with them patiently for 2 weeks, it was evident they are somewhere at the lowest end of the spectrum in mortgage business. I worked with Kimberli a year ago (Apil-May'19) too for a refi. Even though we got through with the refi, the experience was horrendous. Chase managed to conveniently put the blame on the title company and made them pay for the debacle. Giving Chase benefit of the doubt I started working with Kimberli again in June'20. One response and she would disappear for days. Had to track down her manager Michael E and then I get a prompt response from her that we are looking into your refi. Finally when we got going, Kimberli was clueless about "match" policy and redirected me to her manager Michael Eusebio. Mind you, I did the same exact process with "match" and with the same person Kimberli just a year ago!! Amnesia? Hopes dwindling, now got started with Michael. Firstly, I have to salute Chase on their hiring standards. Michael's knowledge on refi, awareness of Chase's policies and work ethics - all are so far below the mark that it just boggles my mind! Was a mess working with him. Forget about knowledge, the guy cannot even find documents in his Chase system??!! He was asking me to find it in my emails and send it back to him. Another level escalation kicked in. His manager Armen Vartanian had to get involved to apologize. Basically he just said sorry, and promised next time around he will have someone good to work with me. Since by this time, I had made a choice to move on. Is it a case of just 2 bad apples? At the least, you have a data point to make your choices.

Made an appointment with Jochen, New Accounts/Investment VP. Very friendly and helped my high school son open a high school checking account. Jo was got our info into the system quicker than he had estimated to us which was up to one hour but took may a tad over 30 minutes. Easy safe covered parking. Bank is clean, with friendly tellers and staff.

My family has been banking with Chase on Las Gallinas for many years. Our private banker is Jochen Diener (Joe). He is very knowledgeable and professional. He's an expert in his field and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an experienced and intelligent private banker. Eric P.

This bank is simply not customer-oriented. I deposited my paycheck through Mobile Banking in January. Someone stole my physical paycheck in March and deposited it somewhere else. Yes, I'm aware I should have shredded it but I was in the middle of a move. Chase took the money out of my account even though the money never left my employer's account twice. On the phone, the senior account supervisor could not explain when my mobile deposit "temporary fund" would become actual funds in my account. When I went to the bank to try and resolve this issue, I was told I would receive a letter in two to three business days. That never happened, so I spent an hour today with my HR manager talking to Chase over the phone. Why am I being punished because someone fraudulently deposited my hard earned money?

I got a mailer from Chase Columbus Ohio offering to return $600 for opening a checking and savings account. I jumped through the enrollment hoops, but while reading all the disclaimers and blah blah blah, the session was terminated (unknown to me, no warning). A glutton for punishment, I started over, got to the penultimate step where they text a code to enter as verification, "the system has encountered an error. You will have to start over". Enough was enough! I called the customer Service number, phone tree hell. Finally got a person, who kindly verified all my information was gone: username, password, pin, everything. Just as well, a company that handles customers like that is NOT for me. Avoid the temtation to try for the $600, it's a waste off time if my experience is any indication. I'll try a local credit union.
