Cat’s Cradle takes really good care of our two cats. They have been very understanding about the needs of our older cat who has both cancer and diabetes. During his stays, they administer his insulin twice daily and also give him his oral chemotherapy. Whenever he has had any issues they alert us promptly and have provided the necessary care. We’re extremely grateful for them!

We love cats cradle! We board our cats here when we travel and one of our cats, who’s a polydactyl (has extra toes), gets his claws clipped here as well, and they always do a great job! ??

These folks are amazing. I got three kitties and needed a last minute flea bath in combination with bringing over an exterminator to my place.The folks here understood and took my kitties in and gave them excellent service (flea bath + grooming + nail trim) for a very affordable price.My typically anxious cats were at ease, and so was I knowing these folks have a compassionate and service oriented staff.

Coriander lost her sister last year. She's 12 YO and is scared of everything. We were very hesitant about boarding her, but Hawaii was calling. We were thrilled with the great experience she had. Wonderful, personal care. What a fantastic spot for "Kitty Summer Camp"! We won't hesitate to board her there again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Cat’s Cradle. My two cats stayed there during my trip to Europe, and they had an amazing time! The staff was extremely accommodating when I had to extend their stay and made the process a breeze. When I got back, my cats were happy and healthy and definitely having a great time.I will keep bringing my cats here any time I can’t travel with them. They loved their stay and loved the staff at Cat’s Cradle.

A neighbor had colleagues who highly recommended Cat's Cradle Boarding and Grooming; it's a wonderful place to board your cats. Knowing how clingy my cat is, I weighed whether neighbors could pop in and take care of Mishka versus getting more attention from the kind staff at Cat's Cradle. I chose to board her. I advised staff that Mishka needs a lot of cuddling and they gave her plenty of TLC including time in the playroom (a cat fantasy area, it's only missing a wicker chair to claw into toothpicks) and one-on-one time. Having been abandoned prior to my adopting her from SF Animal Care & Control, Mishka craves love and attention and had the caretakers wooing her to eat and giving her toys and treats. When she wasn't eating enough they gave her, with my permission, an appetite stimulant that did the trick. The $30 a day boarding fee was reasonable, the owners clearly care for cats and the facility was very clean. They let me talk to her daily, gave me updates and sent a photo of her in her little area. It was worth the drive to San Rafael from the city to a boarding place I completely trust with my Stage 5 clinger.

I bring my long haired cats here for grooming and nail trims. The long haired ones get fur balls if they are not attended to and the staff here do such an excellent job, so much better than what I can do at home. This is spa treatment for cats! Staff are super friendly and nice to my cats. Highly recommend Cat's Cradle.

I brought in a long haired, mated ginger tabby and walked out with a little lion! Pumpkin has never been a fan of being brushed, but it was becoming outright scary. He was bathed, cut and nails are now trimmed. This is my new go to to keep my long haired little lion, mat free. Our vets would have charged more, used sedatives and they aren't professional groomers. This place is awesome and very sweet staff.

Incredible service! I very rarely ever leave a review but this time I felt compelled. Wonderful staff. They did such an amazing job with my long hair cat and I swear she has been happier and friendlier to us at home after the proper grooming.I will be back absolutely for her next groom.Thank you Cats Cradle team!
