Run don't walk. California Space Organizers installed a closet that covered the edge of our window. During the installation they damaged our trim and dented our walls in 8 places. The worst part of this experience was dealing with the owner. He didn't want to listen to my concerns, he was not willing to find a compromise and he certainly would not take any accountability. Through this he was rude, aggressive and threatening. We just rebuilt a house and this was the one service provider that totally let us down. Run don't walk. The value pricing is for a reason.

California Closet Organizers is awesome! They built our walk-in closet and did an excellent job! Truly professional, reliable, prompt, accommodating and attentive! My husband and I are extremely satisfied and happy with their work! Shout out to Pat, who is so amazing!

California Space Organizers came highly recommended and I am amazed at how much more livable our space is now! If you can, schedule a time to go to the storeroom, it was great for structural and design ideas. But even if you can't, Pat will guide you through what you want/need and she had great suggestions which really improved the design. Installation was professionally done and the staff were great. Highly recommended!

This company exceeded all my expectations. I have had two closets designed by Patricia. One was in 1999 and the other one was this past year. She was great. She listened to me and quickly had a design completed. She showed me her design, we made a few minor changes and before I knew it the installers were here. We were in the middle of the COVID pandemic and the installers followed all of the rules! My closet is perfect. The employees of this company are efficient, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and they listen. I highly recommend this company!

We were under an unexpectedly short timeframe to install closets into our new home before moving in. CSO was so helpful and thoughtful in making that happen. Patricia was our main point of contact and she was extremely knowledgeable--she suggested things she knew would work for our space that I never would have thought of. They turned the design on a dime and got the closets in just when we needed them. The installation team was great. The closets look fantastic and perform extremely well. The price was just right as well. We're very happy. The 10 yr warranty was also awesome.

What to do with a huge, dingy, boring closet that is collecting dust and boxes of stuff that will never be used again? Call California Space Organizers! Pat designed a beautiful space incorporating an office area and separate storage area with shelves and pull drawers to update and organize my storage needs. The installers were prompt and efficient and did a terrific job setting up the areas. I am thrilled with my new closet that has now become a functional room in my house. Thank you Pat and Vasilis for your creativity, design and attention to detail.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Starting with my first contact they were very responsive, friendly and professional. Making an appointment was easy and fast. Design and installation followed perfectly. I used other companies services and products before and I was much less satisfied. I am glad I discovered this less known local gem of a company. I like to support small local businesses and this company is worthy of it. CSO is the best!

I honestly wouldn't recommend using them if I had a choice -- we didn't because the apartment we ended up purchasing worked with them to build the closets for all the units (in retrospect, probably would have preferred to not work with our building's designer team and just find a different company). We were given 2 options for our 3 closets. My husband and I came in to walk through the apartment before our move-in date and realized that the people installing our closets had messed up the measurements. We told them to stop the work since this was not what we had ordered. We communicated to the installation team and showed them pictures of what we had ordered and they admitted that they had made a mistake. However, they chose not to fix it and finished the closets and the owner kept on looking for excuses to not come back and do the work again. We needed to involve the whole world to fix this issue for us as we were super displeased with this type of customer service -- especially when they charge so much money in the first place. In the end our closets were fixed, but it took a lot of emails and calls and multiple people coming to see the closets before they were willing to send people to redo the closets. Now the measurements of the closets are right, but after close inspection the wood on the shelves are slightly chipped in most of the shelves and they missed one peg so when I was cleaning, one of the shelves fell. I am just so tired this that I don't even want to speak to the company anymore so we are just going to work with what we have and buy a peg ourselves. For how much money you end up spending with these people, they really don't care if you are happy. Clearly quality control is bad and not a company I would recommend for anyone to use for their closet installation.

Agree with the one star reviews on here, as I believe they are actually real reviews. Notice all the 5 star reviews are by people with one review or very minimal reviews..yea, red flag. I was very patient with Pat given my friend used them through her building (read: she had no choice as the developers chose the company). This company is more of an afterthought for me but I felt compelled to write a post given a snarky text exchange courtesy of Pat. Pat expects you to respond asap when she doesn't do the same. Poor customer service, does not apologize when she "arrives" 40 min late to an appt..but in reality, she just showed up at the wrong building because she didnt read the email carefully lol.

I have a hard time with businesses that don't seem to want to do business. Why are you even there? I contacted CSO because they were recommended. I have a closet I wanted to have an organizing system installed in. I filled out the information on the website. When no one contacted me I called. I said I had requested an estimate and no one got back to me. No apology was given. The woman I spoke to seemed to not really want my business. First she said they could not come out to do an estimate until the next week. When I said that was fine, she said they would not come out, but she'd send me an email. She already had the closet dimensions because they've done other closets in my complex. I responded to the e-mail saying I might also want to get a second closet done. A week passed and I got no response. I've moved on to another company that actually responded and was interested in my business. They are coming out next week to measure and talk to me about my options.

I have not gotten my closets installed yet, but unfortunately the customer service I have received so far is worse than comcast. I received a consultation but everything since then has been extremely painful. After my deposit, I had to follow up multiple times to find out when my installation would be done. Then after a site check, no response for over three weeks. After repeated followups, I got one day's notice on the scheduling. I was told they would arrive between 9:30 and 10:30am. At 11am, I received a call which pushed back the start time to 12:30pm. At 1pm, I called and asked where they were. The owner called me back 20 minutes later and is now saying 2pm.... he said he had to change the schedule this morning. it would have been nice to get notification then than to waste my time waiting for them to show up all day. Awful customer service!

CA Space Organizers did an excellent job for us on our 3 new closets. I give them 5 stars for design, quality, installation, and customer service. I highly recommend them!
