I had some body work done recently that was delayed several days because they got the wrong part- twice. They also noted that my battery terminal was corroded so they had to change the battery but they didn't bother to clean the corrosion. Now I am not sure the battery needed replacing. When I called to ask about it, they said they hadn't charged me for the cleaning cause they hadn't done it.What kind of service is that? why point it out and then not fix it?

Caliber Collision is amazing! I’ve had to take my car in for repairs 3 times in the last year, as a victim of 3 separate auto crimes. My regular repair shop wasn’t available this time around so my insurance company connected me with Caliber. I wish I’d known about them sooner. Not only did they take my car in right away, but they were efficient and did a high quality job. Plus, my car looked like it was washed and detailed when I got it back. Top notch service from beginning to end. This is my new repair shop from now on! Thank you, Caliber!

Interesting it seems like caliber could care less about my awful experience there- not surprised, the employees there are incredibly rude specially nelson... caliber San Rafael learn how to be professional and courteous to your customers...
