I drove to another store it happened to be in Oakland and got a new quote for the same phone Samsung A30s for $100. They offered me actually upgraded phone Samsung TLC 30 xe3 5G for the same price. I ended up getting the upgraded phone including cover and screen protector for $143. Conclusion: Stay a way from this store if you don't want to waste your time and money.

It took the person 2 hours to try to activate my phone, and still wasn't able to. It was very uncomfortable and suspicious that they had my phone over the counter the whole time and I'm not able to see what they're doing with my phone for 2 hrs and the guy still didn't do what they're supposed to do. Finally the guy handed my phone to me and said my phone will get activated, just wait for 10 minutes. I waited the whole night, nothing. I waited the next day, nothing. I was able to activate my phone and sim by chatting with Boost costumer service and they were able to activate it in 5-10 minutes! Then when I looked at my Boost account on the app, the person at the store not only misspelled my name, they put a totally different address in my account!! Where tf did you use my information? Very shady business.
