Wonderful service! I went to the San Rafael store to purchase a mini refrigerator and received service immediately, purchased the mini refrigerator, and was literally out of the refrigerator in 5 minutes. Amazing service!

these guys always have such limited options. I come to get a pair of ANC headphones and they don’t have anything under $70, I could buy a pair of ANC headphones for $8 online, it’s why I never shop here unless I have to. To make it worse, it says they have things in stock online that they don’t actually have at the store. They are being kept afloat by old people buying TV’s.

Well above average physical store to go and compare computers, televisions, laptops, accessories, tablets, and more. If you work on desktop computers this is an excellent store to buy new hardware.

Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Do not buy a phone here ! I bought an at&t phone then returned it but later on att charged me full price on the device , I went back to get help from the best buy employees from mobile supervisor to assist store manager
Not 1 single person suggest to call at&t on my behalf to confirm the device was returned which blew my mind ! these are either not good people or just don't care to do their jobs so I asked to speak to their manager and guess what lol unavailable each and every single time , never returns calls and isn't never physically at the store.
Anyway buy a phone here at your own risk cause if they mess up your account , you won't get their help.
Update ! 4 years later and finally met the manager of this store,she was literally and I mean literally YELLING at me cause I wasn't understanding what she was saying ,I could tell she had just come from doing her make up and all I could think was "wow ugly outside and inside" I felt bad about myself but these aren't nice people at all.

It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.

What you would expect. Greeted with "welcome" on the way in, and found what I needed (checked online ahead to make sure it was in stock). Nobody in line at checkout. Nobody on the sales for asked me if I needed help.
