The owner is hands on and always willing to help. Her staff are very friendly and also very helpful. A "one stop shop" for everything you need with storage, packing and moving related things. The best!!

Extremely rude lady behind the counter who made incorrect assumptions about me as a person. Negative customer service experience and awful sales skills. I would be ashamed if I was the owner that this is the experience representing my brand. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

I dropped off my car at Bellam auto repair next door. Booked an Uber and went out to wait for the ride. It starts to rain so I step under a tree in front of Bellam storage. Not blocking anyone not in the way just shelter from the rain. Out comes the owner/manager. Asking if she can help me. I said no I’m just waiting 2 minutes for a ride to come. She gets upset and tells me to “leave her property “ . I asked if she was kidding.. she’s going to get upset I’m under a tree in front of her building for two minutes while it rains? Note she comes out with an umbrella clearly it’s raining. I told her she should learn some compassion and community .. how on earth am I hurting her? By the time she’s all worked up and threatening to call the police my ride comes and I’m gone. No wonder that place is empty and she has nothing better to do than to harass people. We have rented in the past, won’t ever again. She lost a customer over a tree and rain.

Needed to send a 10 ft. runner to a friend in NYC. Someone recommended Bellam for finding a box. Sizing is a bit unusual 32" x 9"x 9". Andree,the owner, not only found a box, but custom cut so that there would not be a lot of extra space. And then she got out her special Saran Wrap, scissors, packing tape, bubble wrap and went to work. She spent half an hour packing the box. All at no cost. She only charged me for the box and tape. Amazing and generous, Andree deserves 10 stars.

Andrèe took such good care of me at Bellam Self Storage & Boxes. Service is always such a treat in these days of little or no service Bellam has an incredible selection of boxes and shipping tubes as well as bubble wrap and everything you might need to pack a shipment or prepare for a move.
