Convenient location, fast, friendly, and helpful. I came in with an unusual circumstance (for me at least) and I was warmly assisted without judgement. The teller did a great job of explaining the multiple options I had, and how to proceed. I will definitely be doing any in-person banking at this branch.

Worst bank. I had to call customer service who did a much better job at explaining to me what I was confused about. The lady on the phone was much better than the actual employee at this branch! I waited an hour for an answer that confused me more! Avoid! Go to the corte madera branch instead!

ATM only. No lobby access. They have many locations closed in Marin and advertise as open until 4pm. We went to two locations at 215 and 235pm on Wednesday and both lobbies were NOT open. Doors locked

I wish I could give negative stars. (Real question) Anyone else out there ever try to desperately reach a national bank (through all means- online/store/etc) and be unable to even send a direct message much less get a real person? (Including during business hours). I spent 4 days full-time before I got a human to help me. I'm unemployed since covid, so it was really scary. I had to hold off getting my medication since I didn't have the funds. Thank god it wasn't any longer.

Never has cash in the ATM machine get off your lazy butts and re-fill it. The branch is closed so why are you charging monthly fees on accounts, when you can't even get any cash? It's pathetic the lack of service that you provide!

I have been banking with BofA for several years, additionally I worked for the institution back in the early 2000s, and I know what it takes to run a Bank, some times it is extremely difficult to please customers and keep employees happy; this due to “bank policies†and corporate “rules and regulationsâ€. Now that I am a business owner I come to BofA often (about every other day) and the service here (Smith Ranch office) is the best, in the past year or so the service has improved tremendously, and the office has been remodeled. There are days when the branch is pretty busy, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the new Manager Marleny is highly skilled and always walking the entire office helping customer and employees.
