Horrible customer service! I truly believe it's because they tend to majority black and brown communities, they don't care about customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone or would I ever patronize them.

I needed one of my tires to get balanced because the steering wheel was vibrating while driving. I called them & asked me to come the next day, they helped at least the set time. My car was ready in 20 minutes & no vibration at all. Best of all my ride felt smoother. I’ll strongly recommend them, fast, efficient and affordable!

I bought 4 new tires from them and the price was fairly reasonable which is not always the case when replacing tires on an AWD. They were also extremely quick and offered me a 15% off coupon for a brake job in the future. I appreciated their expeditiousness given I had to work that night and had a flat so I needed my tires fixed quickly.

They changed me 4% more for paying with credit card. I know that practice is illegal and can be reported. I wouldn't recommend nobody to go there. Save your time and money.
