Great company! I’ve been using AVI for all my audio/visual needs for 9 years and they have been fantastic! Responsive, fair, knowledgeable. They installed my whole home theater system and have done upgrades along the way. Highly recommend them.

I started working with Dave Costa and Team Probst in May of 2022. Dave helped me select an excellent MacIntosh hybrid integrated amp, Lumin streamer, and JL subwoofers to go with my existing Aerial 7T speakers. The result is spectacular. More recently they worked with me to upgrade my AV system in a different location and installed an Anthem amplifier, Paradigm bookshelf speakers, Paradigm soundbar as center channel, and another Lumin streamer. The result is truly transformational as the space is a large room with 2-story cathedral ceiling and one wall that is all glass with steel supports - acoustically challenging. All in all AVI carries some of the best hifi audio, home theatre and related products, including power conditioning and acoustic isolation. The salespeople know what Their techs who have come out to my home have been knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and thorough. I recommend them without reservation.

My CD's were stuck in an old Bose Disk Changer. i called around to see if anyone could help me. Anthony suggested I bring the faulty drive to the shop. Anthony picked up a set of screwdrivers and processed to open my CD changer while I inspected the showroom. I had never been inside Audio Video Integration. They have a very impressive set-up. They carry most of the top rated brand. A few minutes later, Anthony extracted my CDs and I went ..on my way. I could not asked for a better experience. Now I know where to go for any of my audio video needs. Thank you.

I stopped in to ask a few questions about a receiver that I did not purchase from them but had been having issues. Toby was extremely helpful and I decided to send my receiver back to the online store and purchase directly from AVI. They provided excellent service and support since the purchase and since then have bought a HALO remote from AVI. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their first system or upgrade an existing system to visit Tony and his staff.

Dave and Matt. Two guys who were super helpful. I'd purchased headphones years ago from them and the headphone over time needed to be replaced. The headphone division of the company who manufactures them doesn't exist anymore. These guys took the time and care to do the installation for me. If any of you need hi-end luxury equipment or install at the fairest deal possible or just want to make sure you're taken care of genuinely, go to Audio/Video Integration! Thank you so much guys! Tony and Dave are fantastic. They know their stuff at an amazingly high technical level and even though they sell systems into the 7 figures were happy to show me much more modest equipment, as well as help me get the most out of what I already have. They have helped me dial in my system to levels I hadn’t expected would be feasible. It was so easy spending time with them in the store. They make the whole process so enjoyable!

Great service. Knowledgable staff. David worked with us to develop a great audio and video system for the house. He knew his stuff and did not oversell us. Anthony installed the system and was a rock star. He was friendly, efficient and brought our network and systems into the 21st century. Great experience all around.

A good friend recommended AVI when I was in the market for a turntable. Dave provided outstanding service. He explained the key elements for evaluating equipment options, how to incorporate the turntable into our existing sound system, and what to consider if/when we upgrade our system. He was immediately responsive when I had set up questions and followed up to confirm that we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend AVI and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Dave Costa, one of the sales dudes at AVI, helped me pick the right speakers and a killer amp. He didn't try to up-sell me some mega zilla speakers that would be too big for my tiny house and my medium sized wallet. He just asked how many square feet my living room was and took it from there. Totally impressed with his knowledge and his easy style. I bought a pair of Canadian made speakers (Paradigm) that are impressive. I could have spent more on a better advertised brand but that would have been wasting money.

I discovered AVI a few months ago when I wanted to hear a brand they carry. Tony and his team have provided me with incredible service in addition to the fantastic equipment they carry, They have been willing to drive an hours duration to my home multiple times to address and resolve minor issues. Tony is available and responsive 7 days a week. They also have gone above and beyond my expectations in helping me to sell used equipment and in saving funds. If you're interested in great audio equipment combined with great service, give AVI a call.

Top notch service every step of the way! From my initial phone call to bringing home my component. Dave assisted me as though I was one of his highest spending customers. He knew from my initial phone call the little amount I was looking to spend and he still took the time to spend with me answering all of my questions while showing me around the store. It truly made me feel valued. He knew the product I was wanting to buy was going to take several weeks to come in. He asked me to call him after a couple of weeks to verify the order went through and he also sent me a courtesy email detailing the status of it. My item arrived earlier than expected and Dave had done all of the custom assembly work for me! He made sure to explain the operational procedures for me. I Never felt rushed as he wanted to make sure every detail was covered. He helped with loading it my car and ensured its stability. I come from the customer service industry and Dave has this nailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer! As I write this review, I'm listening to my new component and am so happy with it and the assistance I got from Dave at AVI.

My entire interaction with AVI from day 1 through full-installation was an A+. Dave led the charge and helped me navigate my specific AV situation perfectly. I appreciate his attention to detail and also hearing where I wanted to go with the design (and also where I didn't want to go). I will always look to Dave for future design and equipment needs. From a project management standpoint, Alan was also amazing. He put the project into motion and led the installation team (Miguel, Ian, and Stephen) to execute perfectly. I couldn't be happier. My neighbors might not love the install based on the volume coming out of my house . . but I think they'll be okay. Thanks AVI team. You guys rock.
