Jason Arnold was the sales associate who initially took me for a test drive of their nearely new Q7 at the end of September 2023. Both Jason and his manager worked very hard to find me the best deal. Unfortunately I ended up purchasing elsewhere, and in truth this is where my relationship with Jason truly developed. Since my purchase elsewhere, Jason was still at my side answering questions, and offering to help! In fact in the past few weeks of becomming an Audi owner, he has helped both myself with my new Q7, as well as with my girlfriend's new Audi Q5 from another Bay Area VW dealer who refused to help her a few weeks after her purchase!! This to me is incredible service that should define what to expect from a luxury dealer representative, and their service department.I humbly recommend Jason to be your next sales representative for your next Audi or VW!! Terrible communication! I called to make a service appointment. Since I have a newborn I called a week prior to the actual appointment to again confirm the duration, and they assured me that it will be 2h. I arrived the day off, and they said they will need my car for the entire day. They didn't offer any rides to take me home with my baby.

I will be leaving more detail asap, but in the meantime, do NOT give this dealership your credit card information!!!! I have dealt with a HORRIBLE experience with Audi Marin for a couple of years now, stayed quiet out of courtesy and goodwill since I had 3 Audis in the past, even though they could not help with a 100% lemon under warranty. Months have gone by and I thought the nightmare was over until...I got a credit card fraud alert citing a charge for $500 from Audi Marin. AFTER the unauthorized charge went through, I received a text stating 'here's your receipt' with a charge for 'deductible' for $500 that they charged on the 'card on file' even though it was not authorized. It's a long story involving 2 years of battling over a vehicle under warranty they were incapable of fixing, months of no loaners, then a loaner sometimes, until finally they had had my 60k vehicle I saved for forever more days of the years than not. I was hit in the Costco parking lot and they filed it as a 'total loss' - so first, do NOT buy a new Audi for safety and second, don't trust them to not lie to the insurance companies. I wanted to give a huge thumbs up to Audi/Volkswagen of Marin for taking care of us on purchasing our SQ5. Everyone knows how much of a hassle or time it takes to purchase a vehicle but Jesse made sure we were well taken care of during our time there. Jesse also made sure our 3yr old son wasn't bored during the process, which to any parent is what going above and beyond means. Thank you again to Jesse and also Audi of Marin for helping is in purchasing such a wonderful car! Would recommend!

***** AND 5 MORE*****Came here to test drive the car my wife wanted. We were helped by Mo, who I have to say is a stand up guy, very professional and courteous when it comes to dealing with people in sales. Why? Cause I know I'm not easy. He brought the car to us, let my wife take it for a spin, then we came back and we looked at some things that needed rectifying, nothing major. We talked out numbers came to an agreement and got the paperwork started. Very meticulous guy, pays attention to detail and made sure the wife was happy. When everything was said and done and the car was handed to us, the things that were pointed had been taken care of, fully, not just half assed. Highly recommend seeing this guy for your new or CPO car. He truly helped me make my wife's day. Now she has a car she can love for another 10 years. LoL. You're aces in our book, Mo!Thank you from the both of us.

I love my car. The dealership is trashFirst timeI brought my car into the dealership for a rattling noise and I was told that there were not enough technicians. No call before I came in and I drove from Santa Rosa. I thought it was a one off with COVID and all so no harm.Second timeThere were enough technicians, but one of the service desk employees drove my car into the back of another. The whole front end had to be replaced.Third timeI came in to return the loaner and pick up my car after damage repair. More on that later.Fourth timeI came in for an inspection due light, child safety lock malfunction, lift gate falling and a minor coolant leak. (Probably from the radiator after being plowed into another car by an employee.) Guess what? Not enough technicians again and again no call to give me a heads up. I was missing work and school and could not afford to miss another day so I agreed to come in at opening and there would be a loaner for me.Fifth timeI drove in early from Santa Rosa and much to my chagrin there is no loaner for me. So, I had to wait, and miss work and school. Once I did get my car back, the child safety lock issue required a part, (I was supposed to get a call when it came in and shocking, no call) NOTHING was done about the lift gate or the coolant leak, and I drove out of the parking lot before the inspection due light came on AGAIN! Either it wasn't done, or wasn't reset.Sixth timeI came back for the lift gate and child safety lock. I called multiple times to make sure all the parts were there and that my expectation was to have my car fixed that day. Even called before I left Santa Rosa to make sure there were enough technicians... to my surprise there were.I also called, talked to Katie, and said I do NOT want to work with Gene. One, he wrecked my car, and two, he didn't fix the issues I brought the car in for. Katie told me I could work with Amy. What happens when I show up? The front desk tried to stick me with Gene. No dice. So they stuck me with Gary. Well... I was told issues couldn't be fixed by close and I had to find a ride home. The next day I get a call from Gary to tell me THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH TECHNICIANS. I'm not sure if that's a blanket bullshit response or real, but either they are scheduling too many vehicles, they don't have enough techs, or someone needs to be fired because they can't show up regularly. So I didn't get my car back until the third day.Here's where it gets more interesting. I had a slow leak on my drivers side rear tire before my sixth appointment. It didn't take more than a day for it to be completely flat. Audi Marin had my car from 1 PM in Monday until 2:30 PM on Wednesday. That means the tire would have been flat. That means the techs pumped up the tire, didn't say anything about it, and gave me my car back without repair. I'm pretty sure that's illegal in the state of California.Needless to say, I am currently trying to find an attorney to recoup the depreciation from Gene wrecking my car, lost work and wages, and blatant negligent behavior, especially related to safety, from the staff.Wish I could give the dealer zero stars.Still love my car though.

Dropped off my car for a standard servicing and a fuel pump recall. It was dirty when I dropped it off because I had just returned from Tahoe but i was told that it would be washed as part of the service (which they didn’t even do a good job washing it). Upon picking up my car I immediately noticed a giant crack in the windshield over 8” long and then upon closer inspection noticed 2 new areas that had scratches on the car. The Service Director Danny refused to even consider that this was an issue they had caused and instead gaslit me and came up with all of these different accusations/excuses blaming me for something that was obviously their fault. He was quite confrontational and flat out said that I was lying, even after he had reviewed the surveillance footage and was unable to see a crack when I dropped it off. But this crack was NOT on the windshield when I dropped off the car, nor was the chip that he’s saying “could only come from driving on the freeway and must have spread into the crack during the servicing.” Because the car was dirty they said “it could not be properly inspected.” Despite paying over $1,200 basically just for an oil change they will not take any responsibility if your car is damaged by them during the service.Also but not nearly as important, on top of all this they had very poor communication regarding my service. Several questions I had during that process were completely ignored and went unanswered.I would highly recommend not risking it and take your car somewhere that cares about their customers and will be accountable for mistakes that they make during the time they have your vehicle.

I bought a new 2022 Audi RS3 from this dealership July 30th. It is now October 24th and I still do not have my license plates. Management is totally incompetent and slow to reply to any inquires. Avoid this dealership.
