The biggest thing for me is trust. I have had a great experience with Audi Marin Service, most recently on replacement of a damaged tire on my A3. While other tire shops used scare tactics to con me into replacing all four tires, Audi was honest and worked with me to rotate and replace only the necessary tires. They worked hard to get it fixed and went beyond expectations. You can count on Audi Marin for honest, professional, expedient, friendly service.
