Erica did a horrendous job on my hair, burned large portions of my hair off!! She kept asking me what she should do, I am not a hair stylist! My hair is fried and not even close to the color or style I asked for. She did not follow correct steps and charged me $500 for highlights/cut that she covered with drab brown dye in the end!! When I complained she sent a nasty message to my daughter who gave me her info, saying she is dropping us as clients!! As if we would even go back to her!! I am very disappointed and do NOT recommend her to anyone, for your own sakes.

Best Hair Salon in town. I have been coming here for 15 years. Tua is awesome and I cannot recommend her more highly. My father also went to this salon for his hair and sold me on their convenient location, ease of scheduling appointments, walk-ins OK and their personal service.Service: Hairstyling

Very friendly, quality work, good value. I had a brow wax done. Big place with spa rooms in the back, they carry Skin Ceuitcals line. Minus one star for place looking a little cluttered. Owners could pay more attention to interior aesthetics and clutter. My aesthetician was a delight.

Good spot for an inexpensive, back-to-basics haircut. Tuwah did a great job giving me a precise and sharp-looking classic bob cut. Props to her as this is not an easy cut, I'm sure. I called hoping for something within the week and thanks to working downtown, they were able to seem me within a couple hours! Not a fancy-schwancy salon, but they do the job and they do great work without you having to pay through the nose for it. I really appreciate that for some of those days... I also asked about Eufora products (which I had read on here that they use.) And although none were used on me during this visit, Tuwah confirmed that they do have Eufora in the salon - you just have to call ahead of time with what you will require. Again, good little place to get a quick, decent hair cut!

Tuwah is the best! She has been cutting my hair for many, many years. No mistakes very hard worker. Their shop is clean and tidy. I would highly recommend their business to any body. Thank you Tuwah for your excellent service all of these years.
