I absolutely love coming here every time I need my car maintenance. Shannon, the owner is the absolute best. They are incredibly quick and knowledgeable l, as well as friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mechanic.

Before heading off on a 10,000 mile road trip to Alaska, the Yukon, BC, and NWT, I took my 34 year old 1989 Dodge Ram Roadtrek conversion campervan to AAMCO for a roadworthiness check. Given that at least 1,500 mile would be on dirt on the Dempster Hwy and Top of the World Hwy, Shannon recommended some major repairs and upgrades to the front end. I gave the OK, and dropped some $6,000 onto it. It was finished the day before I left, so I had no chance for a shake down cruise first but just hit the road.The road trip was fantastic with no major problems, but on the way home after heavy rain in Oregan, I started to hear creaks and sqwarks at low speed, turning hard left or right.It still tracked nicely on the highway, so I pushed on home.On arrival home, I booked it back in, and Shannon did a post-trip check-up, and found the adjustment for the Camber was not fully tight. I'd had the front end alignment checked in Washington on the way up after the first 1,000 miles, at Les Scheab, and they had adjusted the camber, but itseemed to have started working loose over the next 8,000 miles.Shannon had his staff re-tourque it to specifications and did charge for the inspection or the re-tourquing.Much appreciated.

Wow I’ve never been so happy with a car shop. It’s always a hassle , but not with Shannon! Easy going , smooth process. Cannot say enough about the service and quality of this AAMCO location. I trust everything Shannon says , and won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve had my transmission rebuilt, among many leaks and other fixes , solved and repaired. 10 outta 10 . Shannon explicitly instructed me to schedule an appointment. However, upon my arrival, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. During this time, he assisted another customer, attended to a walk-in, answered a phone call, and engaged in a conversation with an employee about a relatively trivial matter that could have been addressed after my consultation. After finally managing to check in, I left my car for a duration of 3 hours. Initially, I was informed that the vehicle would require a full day solely for diagnostics. (What he did took him only 15mins probably of which 10mins for the test drive.) The issue at hand pertained to the car's transmission, which was experiencing slipping during gear shifts. He mentioned that an excess of oil could potentially lead to such slipping, and indeed, my car did have an overabundance of oil. Despite this knowledge, he appeared hesitant to rectify the situation by addressing the excess oil. Instead, he attempted to persuade me into opting for an oil analysis. This process involved taking a sample of the oil, sending it for evaluation, and subsequently deciding on a course of action based on the analysis results. I couldn't help but feel as though Shannon was altering the narrative, displaying creativity in his efforts to devise a justification for selling me a service and charging me. This left me doubting his credibility and intentions. He went so far as to attempt to frighten me by emphasizing the potential dangers of driving the car in its current state. He claimed that due to the transmission slipping, I might not be able to accelerate quickly when needed, potentially leading to a situation where I could be involved in an accident rather than being able to drive away. In response, I turned to Amazon and purchased a suction pump for a mere $10, successfully resolving the issue myself. It's been six months since then, and I've encountered no further slipping or problems with the car. Would I consider returning to him for future services? Absolutely not. His demeanor comes across as insincere and untrustworthy, leaving me with a sense of his lack of authenticity and underhandedness.

Shannon and his crew are truly A1. From their customer service to attention on detail, highly recommended. I’m also impressed by the way Shannon greets his customers - he speaks fluent Spanish and leaves his Spanish speaking clients with a smile!

It's never fun when your car needs attention and it costs $$$, but AAMCO had excellent service. I needed coaching through my automotive challenges, and Shannon provided accurate information and advice so I felt safe on the road. Highly recommend.

On Friday, when I was driving into work, all of my lights started coming on and my car completely stopped. I was so frantic and confused but of course, AAMCO solved all my problems like always!! They took my car and prioritized me over what they had going on, and definitely had wonderful customer service as usual. On top of that, they even came and picked me up from work because I did not have a ride! Shannon, Tyler, Daniel, and Chris are my guys and I'm so thankful for them helping me out!

Shannon, Tyler, Daniel, and Christian all have helped me out tremendously when I recently needed help with my break light - They caught a problem and gave me a solution to fix it, which not many service and repairmen I have interacted with elsewhere.
