Took 1992 Mercedes-Benz wagon back multiple times was told it needed a new throttle body. Owner told me to drive it on the freeway that it needs to be cleared out. I ended up getting stranded on the 110 freeway had it towed to other mechanic and he replaced some fuel lines under the car and fix the entire problem. For under $300 Z Benz quoted me over $2000 to fix a throttle body that had no issues.

I don't know what happened to zibi but he used to be a nice honest guy. He scams people out of their cars and ends up with them and then sells them to pick a part. I went to him years ago, but stop going last time I went there he charged me five dollars for a single fuse and told me my car needed a bunch of work that it actually did not need totally turned off, never going back ever again.

Zibi is extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to clientele. I would never recommend anyone to come here. I came here to get an oil change as I have in the past but when I got there Zibi told me I needed my breaks and rotors serviced. I declined the offer as I thought it was a over priced. He literally told me to do it myself and to find someone to do it for free. Zibi refuses to give me my car back because I couldn’t pick it up in the exact moment he wanted me to. I have been down there twice and he refuses to open the doors or even leave the key so I can be on my way. As a business person you don’t treat your customers this way! If my car is not returned to me ASAP we will have an issue and the police will be involved.

I had an engine problem and went here. The guy is super rude and very harsh. He is very disrespectful with people and service is worst. I don't recommend amyone going to this place. He doesn't know how to use computer and takes tons of time to give quotation. He is scammer.

Z Benz is the best! We have been taking our 2000 Mercedes E320 here for a few years now, and it runs like it is new!! I would not consider taking our car anywhere else!

Condescending and blatantly disrespectful. After asking a few questions, and getting vague answers, it felt like I was about to get RIPPED off. I decided not to bring my car here.
