“I was in search for a specific brand and color of the vinyl floor for my house. I found this store through search on Black Friday and called the store. The owner answered and text me the price info and samples of room finished. I came next day to purchase and my contractor came to pick up to install. Price is really good and the process is super fast. So far, I am happy with the look of the flooring. I haven’t used the floor yet.”

“My fiancé and I were looking for some new plants to fill out our front yard. The nursery had so many options for us to choose from for both potted and ground plant options! I had to stop by fiancé from buying the whole store. We ended up choosing a Princess Flower and some Mexican Sage. Luis was very helpful in telling us how to take care of the plants (how often to water, when to expect them to bloom, how much sun they need, etc). We'll definitely be back for some more succulents or hydrangeas!”

“Excellent experience as always. Beautiful fresh food and fast check out. They did make a change when buying food at the food court. You scan your Costco card and self pay with a card, then bring receipt to the window then they serve you.If you have cash you still go to the window. It was really quick only issue was people's carts but no big deal ?”

“Gotta love Costco!! Best gas and car wash prices! But they should install vacuums for the car wash.Wow— Their staff is so kind and patient!! I came in here at about 7:00 on a Friday night. You know I was not done shopping at 8:30 when they closed. ??I asked an employee about it, and she said they “sweep” the store starting at the back and work their way to the front (gently “guiding “ all the customers to the front—my words; I don’t mean anything negative by that?.) So I knew I could continue shopping until I was spoken to. ???????So that’s what I did!!??????I was able to get through almost the entire north section of the store before I got spoken to. ($600 later!!!)A young man “caught” me and very politely and apologetically said, “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re closed.” I began laughing and said, “Ok it’s cool. You tell me where you want me to go—a cashier line or self checkout?”He showed me the self-checkout to go to, and of course I had so much stuff that I needed help at least four times! The young man that was staffing that area was also very kind, helpful, and patient. The lady at the next register and I had gotten into a conversation as we were scanning our items. I had become so engrossed in what she was saying that I took my phone out to write some notes. This employee waited very patiently for a break in the conversation to ask me for my payment card. I felt a bit bad because I hadn’t realized he was waiting for me for that. But he was very nice about everything. So even though I spent $600, I feel much better after my Costco therapy—it helps a lot after a long, hard week at work!!The optical department has really hard workers, too. They wanted to make sure that all of us got served before closing. I told the lady, “You can only do one thing at a time.” It bothers me when companies pressure people like that because I know what that’s like. I’ve been living that for 30 years at my jobs.My thought is, “If they don’t get to me before they close, then it’s my fault for not getting here earlier.”Also, regarding optical: without insurance, they’re going to charge me $200 for lenses that my other optometrist charged me $479 with insurance!!But I want to get a luxury brand for my next pair of glasses, and this Costco doesn’t have many frames by luxury brands. However, the optician said that they have tons of different frames in the back. So their selection will change by the time I come back with my prescription, which I’ve already gotten recently elsewhere. But Costco now has a virtual try-on for frames online. It look’s like it should work very well, and I’m looking great to trying out. I’m hoping to get some frames by Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, etc,GREAT JOB, COSTCO!!!!!!”

“Not sure why retail and all these types of places get such low ratings But honestly I like Sam's a lot Is it Costco? Yeah it's very much the same in many ways but in other ways it's not like some foods are diff and some things are same but it's a solid place The only downside is that the food court here should be moved away from checkout it's too close and it gets congested and there aren't that many lines open because they have alot more self check out and honestly I'm not going there or any store to check myself out. I'll do it for a nice associate discount lol Ps... didn't take photos I guess I don't think about it when shopping for groceries lol plus when they are taking hundreds of your dollars you tend to blank out lol”

“This review is for assistant manager Jessica! She went above and beyond for me today! Not only did she help me find what I needed, but when a creepy dude was following me around the store she called security, offered to walk me to my car, and literally did everything right. Love to see people helping people these days. Give this woman a raise!”

“Fernando helped me out today. I had a system on will call. He couldn't locate it immediate because of the way that the order was placed, but he followed up thoroughly for me. Fernando was friendly, professional, quick, and very helpful. If you visit a lot of parts counters/distributors, you know that this is the exception, rather than the rule. Oh, and they're dog friendly. Joaquin had a good experience there, as well.”

“This is the kind of spot in your local neighborhood where you can find some Gems...& that is exactly what happened to me...I bought the DOPEST T-Shirt...i passed this place by a few times before I stopped...I am glad I did & I will definitely be back”

“In spite of the previous reviews, my experience with Kole Imports has been great! They have answered my emails in a timely manner & shipped my items really fast. Lastly, I really do hope that they would consider putting up another warehouse here in the East Coast (BUT NOT IN MANHATTAN because NYC has been extremely chaotic nowadays). Try New Jersey, my state has been voted 2 years in a row as "The Best State to Live and raise a family" in a magazine. Also, in my neighborhood, Journal Square, alone people are highly educated & most of us earn $175K a year. A lot of small businesses are also flocking to Journal Square & Billions of dollars in real estate investment from developers. Hope they consider this suggestion :) STAY AWESOME!”

“Sadie needs a RAISE! Stupid me accidentally forgot my membership card at home. She asked if I had the app which I didn't, ughh! Not a problem, as she whipped out an iPad and typing 100 words per minute, looked me up from my ID. Meanwhile she's continuing to check out the lady before me who was digging in her purse for payment and the line is growing. Where I've seen so many other checkers get flustered or impatient, Sadie just kept a pretty smile, joyful demeanor and had us in n out without skipping a beat. What a pro! I'll add that my previous experience with customer service to receive my membership was positive also, so I'm very pleased with Sam's so far.”

“Tire Service center has a friendly, respectful and listening staff. I don't try to tell folks how to do thier job, but I have a Rivian R1T, so I showed them the jack points and equipment and they ran with it. Made my Saturday morning tire repair and reinstallation a breeze now I have the rest of the day to do as I please. Major shoutouts to Grace and Angel who helped me. They are 5 stars each!!!”

“Good wholesale warehouse club store. It's similar to Costco but much less crowded. I also like how they label the aisles so you can find what you need. Make sure to download the Scan and Go App which makes it much easier to get what you need. They also have a good selection of clothing, while not as big as Costco's clothing selection, they have a good selection. They also have a lot more brand name items that you normally find in the grocery store in bulk quantities.”

“This Costco is the same as all the other Costco's, a large range of options, and everything you would expect, including the busy parking lot, the car wash, and tire service. I appreciate the tire air filling station, which uses nitrogen. This location is busy in the mornings on the weekdays, mid to late afternoon not so much. I just wish they carried Bobabam, which I haven't seen there in a while. Regardless, a great store.”

“Refill was filled quickly and was notified by phone when it was ready. Costco gives significant discount if not covered by insurance. No line to pick up the prescription. Clerk was cordial and quick to check me out and could pay at counter as opposed to the long lines at front store cashiers.”

“This place is so traffic when it's busy. Has what I need and the Scan n Go app feature is the main reason why I shop here rather than Costco. So Convenient. I'm scanning all my items on my iphone, paying on my iphone while walking straight to the exit, skipping all the long lines. Very cool.”
