At first I thought I had found a great place to have my business phone line so I took my three phones there. The first time, I got sold an internet that doesn’t work in my area and I was told I would get all these discounts that I didn’t get. They do anything to make you buy stuff. I went back in March to the office and I talked to the manager and he was very helpful however, I didn’t get what he told me I would so I had to call the phone number where you have to explain all the problems all over again. I was sold a screen protector back when I first bought my phones that can be replaced for life and they told me that all I had to do was go to the store and they would change the screen. Back in March I went to the store and the manager changed it right there on the spot. Today, I got back and the guy who is there was trying to charge me $20 to change it, he said “we can give you a discount”. WHAT? They have given me the worse customer help and now the worse customer service. In my opinion, they only help you when you first get the service with them. I regret getting Verizon again. Why if I was told that they would change my screen protector right there anytime I needed it, now they want to charge me. I am filing a proper complaint and calling their main office and looking to move to another phone company. I am very patient and they is why I took all the miss communication form them but now they are also going back on their word. Not acceptable Verizon San Pedro

Excellent customer service and products. I went in as a new account to transfer my number into a new phone. Allen my first contact was busy with a customer and handed me over to Bri who took care of everything that I needed.

On Saturday I went to trade in my iPhone 12 pro max with iPhone 15 pro max, they checked the plan and told me that I will get $830 credit, then i decided to proceed. Today I went back to the store to drop off my old phone and complete the trade in process after the data transferred , they said they were wrong and will get me around $400 credits. I wasted my time asking for clarifications, then they said I can return the iPhone 15 back and cancel the trade in process and get my money back. I stayed more than three hours until they transferred my data back to the old iPhone . They did not refund me the whole amount as they said before , they charged me $40 set up fee. They were honest that it was their mistake but still I am very disappointed how they wasted my money and time.
