I went in to open a new business acct. I asked if it was a full branch and they said yes the only thing they could not do was safe deposit boxes. I said I would like to open a new business account and she said she cannot do that because 'I need three members' present to do so. I inquired why this would be so, and she said "in case they get busy." She was sitting there staring at an empty screen when I arrived, literally not doing anything, and there was no one in line and barely anyone in the store. It was 1:45 pm in the afternoon. There was another gentleman there, who appeared to be busier than her. She did not offer a time or offer an appointment to return. I asked to speak to the manager, she gave me Pablo Corral's # which turned out to be the customer service line. I was able to get routed to the branch and spoke to the woman "Cindy" and asked why she had not told me that the # was a basic branch #. She said she's not allowed to give out the manager personal #. I said I hadn't asked for that and she could have informed me the # was not direct and the hours he could be contacted. She took my # and said she'd pass it along. We'll see if I get that call...

This bank sucks. I've been waiting for 25 mins already while one teller is busy with a customer and another teller is doing nothing. Wonder how long I'll have to wait till she notices there's a line behind me.

Hello San Pedro neighbors, If you receive a call from Natalia Narino just say YES!!! Don't even wait for her to explain. She is AMAZING! She helped consolidated all my credit cards/Loans in to one monthly payment with a much, much lower interest rate. Wait... it doesn't end there. She was also able to work her magic and get me a new credit line with Zero interest for 20 months!!! You don't have to wait for her call. GO visit her. You will love her energy and walk away with a smile on your face! I love kind humans. Thank you Natalia :)

When I learned they were open on Sundays, I was thrilled. My business operates 6 days a week and it is very difficult to get to my bank. I made an opening deposit and prepared to transfer my business accounts to this branch. While out of town, the following week, I received 7, "overdraft fees" in the amount of $36.00 each. I called their 800 number and was encouraged to call the branch directly. I received 1 phone call from the branch manager informing me she needed to speak with the clerk that opened the account and would return my call tomorrow. That call never came... 3-emails and as many calls later and no response! What I learned was that despite the clerk's assertion that deposits lost the next business day, U.S. Bank places a 5 business day hold on deposits. One of the charges was posted for my check and deposit stamp order made through them. U.S. Bank assessed $36.00 for a $2.00 Apple Tunes automated payment, a check and deposit stamp order, and 5 other minimal charges to the account. The fees exceeded the charges paid! Their refusal to even call me infuriates me. I'll never use this bank again.

Theres 4 people waiting in line and 3 bank tellers only one is at the front and the rest are just taking it easy talking to one another, they can hear people complaining but still no help this place is horrible with costumer service!!!
