Last resort when shopping at this location. They're often out of everything that I need. However, I'm sure it's beneficial to other shoppers. Parking lot is always full and be careful of individuals selling perfume, gift cards, puppies etc... they pop out of nowhere

Although my card was compromised, I had the best experience last night at target. Target team members, Maddie and Nate actually took the time to try and help me. And it was not just five minutes. Maddie was especially helpful as she tried to call the 800 number for me. I just want to give a big shout out and a thank you to Maddie and Nate at the target in San Pedro.!

Not stocked in items. The phone number to call this location endlessly rings (I've tried calling on three separate occasions at completely different times of day.

Where to begin? I ordered drive up for a few things. I picked up my items 3 hours later and they gave me moldy bread. The parking lot is scary at night. Homeless people, druggies, and criminals hang out. They also wander inside the store. I don't feel safe here. You don't see security very often. Shoplifting is rampant. I no longer shop here because it's not worth the risk combined with the poor customer service.

Target is a great one stop shopping store. It's always clean! Usually very well stocked. Their employees are always helpful.

They have a sign that states if you purchase 3 or more items in the specific brands listed, Gain and Tide being two of the options, which I purchased, you receive a gift card. At the register, the system didn't generate a gift card. The cashier asked me to go to customer service. This gentlemen who says he is the store manager and doesn't have a business card or name tag, danced and laughed, while he explained he can't do anything about the sign being there and I'm essentially understanding the advertisement incorrectly. Target, you have reduced your customer service down to the app and hire people, who do not have the skill to be a manager. Although, you are not the only department store that continues to go down in their level of service, it is sad to witness it happening, as you used to be one of my favorite stores.

Jazmin went above and beyond helping me today 2/4/2024 at around 12pm. I went in to buy some fresh pet food for my dogs. Upon arriving to the asile of the refrigerated food, the refrigerator was empty and there was no restock. I then asked Jazmin who was about to enter the back warehouse room if there was any in the back, as I showed her the item from my phone and told her it said there was some in stock. She kindly hurried and brought out three bags. Score for me! The bags themselves are about 9 dollars each. My dogs eat it so that's all what matters.

I ordered a pick up order and it still wasn't ready after 4 and a half hours, so I go in before they close and every worker is saying they don't know where my order is no one wanted to help except Antoni , he was very helpful very nice awesome customer service honestly deserves a raise I wish their workers were more like him the others are horrible and lazy

I love getting my vaccinations here. Once a year, you get a $5 GC for Target!! It expires in 3 months so be mindful of that. Score!! Cute blue bandage with a white CVS heart too!! Ok, bye.

Observed customers shoplifting, dog running in the cosmetics isle (and taking a dump), AND a line about 40 carts long. Merry Christmas! Pedro Target is the same as Walmart.

So I was about to get in line and the young guy with shaggy hair and braces said his line was closed but took on another customer and they were talking like old friends no body didn't want to help trying to get ahold of a manager but can't place is ridiculous and sad

Serenity has the WORSE "customer service" she sounds like a broken record. Management needs to reconsider her ability to be put up front.

I've been in this area for 3 years and not once has anyone answered the phone. I call different days, different times and NEVER has the phone been answered! So weird! You can place an order and they'll let the store close before notifying you they're beyond. If they were respectful of their customers, they'd do so in order to pick up what's needed from another store. Disappointed to say the least.

Just spoke with a store associate who was called to Optical to answer my call because absolutely no one in the entire store is answering any of the phones in ANY department (at this time period of 10:15 to 10:40 AM on a Thursday morning.) This female-sounding store employee began admonishing me as though I was a child, claiming that I was "interrupting" her, commenting continuously about my speech, while also claiming that my experience not reaching anyone was unusual, and that she would make a report that the store phone service was out of order. She claimed that all unanswered department calls would rollover to her. Horsefeathers! I called every prompt on that store's menu this morning, including Human Resources, and NO ONE answered my calls after numerous rings except on the second try, Optical. The above-mentioned store employee who was thankfully called over to Optical to take my call on the third try, claimed that she would've gotten my call, if the phone system had been working correctly. But she continued talking very indignantly to me about the manner in which I was talking to her. My advice? GET OVER IT AND HEAR CUSTOMERS OUT. Her lame excuse, as snidely presented to me, was an excuse, not a reason for not receiving my calls. This morning's experience happens EVERY TIME I CALL THIS STORE. At least last year when I called the store and the very same thing happened, a live agent in Human Resources got someone to answer the phone in the department I was calling at that time. I realize that this is a new day and age of automated online everything, but at least have a live store operator who can field calls to departments so that questions can be answered. I don't want to waste bus or rideshare travel time and expense going to a store that does not have in stock what I want. Target needs to read this review and take it to heart to better serve its customers. We all are not entirely online shoppers!

This is still by far my favorite Target location however recently the bathrooms have been really bad and there have been a lot of homeless people around the store. Kristi and Jenski or Jen are awesome at customer service! They honestly need to be bumped up to management level because they work so hard! Glad the sandwich shop is gone and everyone at Starbucks is fairly nice.
