This is a great deli/ butcher shop.
They sell meats,fish,sandwiches,pasta,cheeses, beverages.
The sandwiches are fresh,one size only,generous portions,they don't skimp on ingredients.
The staff is friendly.
Sorry,had lunch from here twice,and forgot to take pictures.
The pastrami sandwich, and chef special sandwich are both great choices.

Good prices. Great selection. Knowledgeable butchers. They even sold me some sausage casings so I could make my own at home. These guys will be my go to in the neighborhood.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. We recently purchased Shrimp, Andouille sausage and this bomb Croation sausage (they even suggested how to cook it). It was all fresh, and so delicious.The staff are friendly and so helpful. They have a variety of meats, from Beef to Pork to Chicken and seafood. I find their prices to be super fair for the quality of product you receive.Everything is well displayed; they have other items for sale for seasoning, bread and drinks. I'm a customer for life.

I heard many rave reviews of the sandwiches here that I took the next opportunity I had to try one. I picked up turkey sandwiches for me and my friend. She had turkey and cheese and I had turkey avocado. She had hers with Italian dressing no mayo and I had mine the normal way they make it. We both enjoyed them very much! Delicious bread too! I look forward to going back again as my husband loves ham and cheese and I want to try the torpedo! We will also check out the meats next time too!

I’ve stopped buying meat at supermarkets because the meat and fish here is so good and such good value. A cut of meat that I often get is a picanha, which can be hard to find, but is amazing on the grill. Their swordfish is also excellent (they buy the whole fish and cut it on site). For the holidays, they order rib roasts from Harris Ranch, and do other specialty items such as house seasoned ham. Their pork ribs come with the membrane already removed, making them much more tender. It’s a real treat to have this shop in the neighborhood.

They make a pretty serious deli sandwich. Eight bucks for a good sized ham and cheese. It's not lunch meat, they slice the ham right there.

I know that I will always eat good when I come here. One of the few places where I can ask for a 2in thick steak. Also love your shrimp and lamb kabobs…. Too many great fish and meat to list!!!

It feels like I come here a lot, but just a lot of great experiences.The entire staff babys me (in a good way). They're helpful, very fast, guide me when I don't know what to ask for and sweep my ignorance under the rug.I don't order much - not exactly a high paying customer. I get marinated lamb kebabs, chevapchichi, and a lot of little special orders like the tiniest amount of ground chicken or a slice of pancetta. To the lad who calls me darlin' even though I could be his mother: No. YOU are the darling. The entire south shores meat shop is darling...every last person that works there.

Just went and ordered a sandwich. 1 person ahead who was being taken care of. I ordered a salami & Swiss with light mustard ONLY. Young guy makes my sandwich. Tells me $8....not a problem. I asked him again, is it was salami, Swiss and light mustard only. He replys,"Yes ". I get home, 5 blocks, and open my sandwich to the hot mess pictured. I call the market....heard how busy they were and mistakes happen. Their way of fixing it is to refund my money NOT make me the correct sandwich! It will be a cold day in hell before I deal with anyone other than the owner. Teach your young employees how customers should be treated. To je to !!!
