This had been by far the worse bodyshop I have ever been to I wouldn't recommend this place to my family this shop can't do the job right and my car was left half as people if you see this shop don't come to it parts will be charge and won't get put on and always give you the I didn't know it was like that but they got paid and they install the old parts on my car paint is bad has alot of paint on one area by the gaps like the bumpers was painted on the car don't come hear save your time and do your research on the bodyshop

Best body shop I have ever been to! The staff are friendly and welcoming not to mention the atmosphere is so cool! Tons of awesome car decorations. They even give you a chocolate bar when your car is ready to be picked up. If you are in the San Pedro or Long Beach area this is the only body shop you should be going to.

This is a bit of a story. I was in San Pedro visiting my daughter 500 miles from home. We were hit by a lady that was in a bit of a hurry on a friday afternoon. South bay body was an Allstate approved repair center, so I directed the tow truck to take my truck there, I wasn't able to go with him so I was putting my faith in the unknown. That Monday I had to leave town and it was a holiday, so I still couldn't go to the shop. So my truck was in their hands. Luckily, I chose the right shop to do the work. They kept me up to date on every detail, they handled all the insurance work, and they were done 4 days ahead of schedule even with a part being delayed. When I got there, my truck was protected in a plastic wrap, absolutely spotless, and as for the body work, it looked better than new. I can't thank them enough for their superb work, excellent communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. And so you know, my background, I own Audio 2000 in Tucson. We specialize in some of the most insane customization in our industry. So for me to write such a review, it truly has to be earned. South Bay Paint and Body earned every bit of it. Thank you all for your superb service.

Great customer service from the start. Patty was so awesome. I didn't have rental car coverage so she had my repairs done a week early! The results are amazing! They went above and beyond and I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you everyone at Southbay Auto for the excellent service and care you gave me.

These guys are great! I had my 2003 Toyota Tacoma passenger side worked on after I was T boned in an accident and then painted by them several years back and their work was flawless so this time I wanted the rest of the truck painted. My truck came out amazing! It looks brand new and I get compliments on it being that it is a 20 years old truck! I love my truck and with the high cost of getting a new truck, the money I spent getting this 2003 Taco was well worth it! Thanks again to South Bay Body Shop for their excellent work. I highly recommend them for body and paint work.

Really awful place to go to, staff were extremely rude made mistakes and blamed my insurance company for the mistakes they made. They also took out multiples things in my car and did not put them back one of which being airtags. Just took my car in to get an oil change and they found so many things wrong with the work South Bay had done. Spent close to $8000 and will never come back again really suggest going someplace else.

I brought my truck in which was missing a tail light that kept falling off. I taped in on there but lost it on the 405. They replaced it and mounted it for me for a great price. And, they got the tape residue off which i couldn't get off at no charge. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

If you're in search of an exceptional body shop, look no further! I've had my vehicle here on two separate occasions and both times South Bay consistently exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is fantastic, communication is phenomenal, and their repairs are a testament to true craftsmanship. They've earned a lifetime customer. Highly, highly recommend!

This shop was recommended by a friend who is into restoring 1960 muscle cars. The customer service was great. The owner listened to my concerns and made suggestions. His price was fair. The repair is excellent and my 2020 Dodge Charger looks like new. I highly recommend this auto shop. Thank you.

Wow, what an amazing service they provided to me, My car was vandalized, and my heart was broken. South Bay Body Shop Restored my car like brand new out the dealer what an amazing service again ? I am so glad and happy to receive service from the best in South Bay. Hooked me up With a new steering wheel and new key fobs even my stinkin tire pressure light that was always on even tho my tires were fine got fixed they made me feel like the vandalism that happened to my car was a blessing in disguise ?
