If you need your car fixed , look no further because this is the place you need to be at. As everyone knows customer service is a dead art nowadays, but not here ! Shannon is so amazing at what she does , and makes the process of leaving your car there so smooth and painless. I did not have to worry about a thing thanks to her ! She handled all the insurance paperwork and rental reservations , all I needed to do was show up . I really appreciate her taking off the extra stress I didn't need when it came to this process. Last but not least huge shout out to Fabian for making my Honda accord look so beautiful again, he explained everything he did to fix it and the little extra things he did to make it look brand new again I appreciate all your help and the detailing of the car for pick up was the cherry on top . Keep up the good work guys it definitely doesn't go unnoticed.

Can I say AMAZING?! What an awesome first-time experience. Such a team of professionals which is a genuine statement Brought in my 2022 GLC 300 to get two door panels fixed. I was a victim of someone randomly keying my car while in the grocery store on New Year's Eve! San Pedro Auto body did a superb job! Shout out to Shannon who offered impeccable customer service!!! Jose' was simply incredible. He was very thorough, efficient & possessed a BEAUTIFUL personality AND to MaryAnn the owner of the business. So helpful, prompt and skilled! Fabian was able to fit me in to take care of a little bit of bumper repair that I couldn't easily do myself, and had it done in not much more than 30 minutes, for a minimal cost. Definitely was impressed by their operation.

They were very professional, my daughter's car was fixed in a timely manner and when we picked it up the car looked great. Personnel is nice and professional and the fees were reasonable. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

I am just amazed, in this day and time, that a business could be so attentive and professional with it's customers. You just don't see that anymore. I give my highest regards to these people. Brought my car in because it kept wrongfully saying my driver's side door was open when it was not. They fixed the problem in probably 5 minutes. Huge relief. A huge thank you to Jose and the rest of the team. They also fixed my rear bumper a few months back, could not be more appreciative of the fast work and great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Took my Toyota Tundra to San Pedro Auto Body for an unconventional repair to both drivers and passenger front doors which were cracked by the hinges. They went above and beyond to fix the doors, and in record time. Not only did they do the repairs, they also fixed my door handle, washed my truck, but also vacuumed the truck out. But most of all, the customer service was amazing, everyone was courteous and helpful.Service: Body & Trim

So I came to this shop to get my car fixed after it was rear-ended. I got a quote and the insurance approved it. I had to wait a couple of days to leave the car there since they were busy. The work was originally going to take 6 days since it was "minor damage" the guy said, "just replace the bumper".So 6 days came and went and I had not heard from the shop so I called them and they said they were waiting for parts, and waiting for the insurance to approve additional work, to call back in a couple of days. So when I called back my car was still not ready.Finally when my car was ready to be picked up 18 days later, I was told that the back up camera was not working properly and they could check to see if one was available. So I picked up my car and never heard from them again about the camera. I think they should have checked to see if everything was working properly during the initial quote and not when my car was due to be picked up.Overall my the work was not bad other than the camera not being replaced and the extended days my car had to be there. The lady at the front desk was always courteous and polite. However she did make a mistake and charged me for a similar car's work. Got a refund and charged the right amountHope this helps someone.

Jose @ San Pedro Auto Body did a great job on my bumper. Managed to find the original bumper model for my Toyota. Had a loose bearing from a previous repair. Called them in the morning, dropped off in the afternoon and it was done by 3pm. 5/5 would recommend
