rude people avoid this shop went in for gold appraisal couldn't even ask a question without receiving sarcastic responses was even laughed at I've never sold gold I thought a local store would be more helpful

The best! Gary and Ashley are so friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to have a bracelet resized and they are so friendly and part of San Pedro. Gary showed me a pic of his dad back in the day. Picked up my bracelet and have it on for the first time in nearly 40 years. The best of small business. Thank you!!

My wife and I are local residents of San Pedro, have been for years. Stopped by this store looking to buy another wedding ring and also to get sizing for her. Got to the store around 3pm and they flat out refused to let us in. Some guy was speaking thru his ring camera asking if we ever been there before and that they only accept customers via appointment, which is ridiculous to us. Not sure how they remain in business treating potential customers this way. But we both felt that we were not allowed in the store because of our race. Anyways their lost, taking our business elsewhere.

I went into the store knowing I wanted a gold cross for my niece, but I desperately needed help with the style, the chain, etc. I described my niece's style and asked for recommendations. During this process, everything they had that could be a good fit and all the books were brought out to look at. I must have been there for over an hour and it felt like I was shopping with a close friend who really cared about finding the right piece of jewelry. I was called when it was ready for pick up, it looked perfect. After I chose a chain, it was polished and wrapped beautifully. A week later, I brought in a gold bracelet with a broken clasp and it was fixed within minutes. I plan on bringing in a few rings that need to be sized and one that needs prong repair. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I first came to Ron’s Jeweler in 2015 and have been seeing Mark and Ashley ever since. They helped me with many options in purchasing a ring for my girlfriend. It needed to be resized and they did not hesitate to take her ring same day and get it done. We always take our jewelry to get cleaned and they always have the best customer service.

If you ever need an honest jeweler, Sid at Ron's Jewelers is your man. I dropped off some gold to be purchased, he gave me an honest quote. Two weeks later, after he extracted the stones I went to pick up the stones and the funds for the gold; he informed me gold had slightly increased over the 2 weeks and gave me even more than he quoted. Now THAT is an honest jeweler.

We have bought multiple items through Mark and Ashley including my wedding ring! Ashley is so helpful in picking out the most perfect pieces for any occasion and budget. Even when the men are doing the shopping ? the gifts never disappoint! We even had my daughters ears pierced there when she was 5 and they made her experience exciting instead of scary. We will continue to be loyal customers!

Highly recommend Ron’s to any individual looking for themselves or their significant other. They have a wide variety and if what you want is not in store they can get it for you or have it made no problem. I’ve gotten a couple watches from them and my fiancé seems to be getting something from them every other week lol..

When I walked in to Ron’s about 4 years ago I was instantly greeted by Ashley and mark with kindness and a warm welcome. Since then that’s the only place I go to. Ashley is so easy to talk to and always helps me so much with what ever ideas I have and also the patience because of the million questions I ask lol.. all in all I highly recommend them to everyone
