Either vons nearby are much much better nicer and cheaper.
Just go to vons/superior/smart n final or pretty much anywhere a else.
Dont bother to call them either, it took me over an hour with a machine that only directed me to an empty line, to finally talk to a person and even if you talk to anyone there's probably still no point.

2.5 stars rounded up. My least preferred grocery store in the neighborhood. Produce and seafood selection is subpar. Even though it's owned by the same company, Von's is somehow better.

I wanna talk about a service. Steve, a man can't figure out numbers. He did not refund taxes I paid. Anyway, he's unpleasant to provide a service to customer even if they made a mistake. I wish I would give 0 star.

Ordered online for my first time ever, only to receive something I didn't ask for or to be substituted, also had missing items I was still charged for, so I call customer service to complain, they said to return to the store and they'd have my missing items waiting for me. Upon arriving at the store there were zero of my items waiting for me up front like they promised, I had to wait while they went and found them, only for them to CHARGE ME AGAIN when it should've been a refund! So I had to go back to the store for a THIRD time for a refund like pulling teeth. Then the store manager calls me, says they're sorry and offers me a gift card in the mail for the mishap, yet she NEVER even sent it! I will never shop here again, Albertsons and Vons all the way! This is not how you conduct and keep customers at all.

Stopped at Ralph's this past week to buy baking soda. I was taken back that they only had one expensive brand. Then I looked up and saw the Kroger brand on the very top eighth shelf that I thought was only for storage. I then requested help that called for a step ladder and found that baking soda was $2 plus cheaper and had a better expiration date! So when we are looking for cheaper options for our groceries these days Ralph's apparently only looks at their way to make a bigger profit and not the concerns and needs of customers. So always look up when shopping you may find a better deal!

Been coming to this Ralph's for over 20 years. No idea what the clowns in the review section are even talking about bro it's a grocery store. Get over yourselves. For real. The people here are wonderful and always have been friendly and do the best they can and it shows because I've never had a single issue in 20 years of shopping.

I placed an order through Instacart. The shopper had difficulty finding items such as bananas, Roma tomatoes, yellow onions. Several Kroger items as well. Bacon, fresh green beans, frozen mixed vegetables, croissants to name a few. My husband worked in the grocery business his whole career. Someone doesn’t know how to order. My next weekly Instacart order will be from a different store.
