You know what most people need when they go shopping? A cart or basket to hold their groceries. You know who doesn't know that? Ralphs. There was not a single cart or basket to be found for customers to use. None out front, none under the registers, employees couldn't point me toward one. Not like it was crowded and they were all being used either; store was half-empty. This was especially frustrating because there were 4 carts full of go-backs, and every register had an "end cap" made up of baskets full of impulse buys.Anyway, I just left and went to Albertsons instead. I'll be doing that from now on.

I purchase groceries, through drive up and pick up. It's convenient, due to knee surgeries. I don't understand, why they Do Not put the produce in produce bags, they just throw it in the grocery bags, with everything else. I've spoken to the Manager, she said that she'll tell them, it didn't change. So, now I'll consider shopping elsewhere.

A lot of you may be unaware but Ralph's has a fish fryer located in its seafood department where they are able to fry your purchased fish absolutely free... well except this location... any & everytime I've gone up here or called for the service... they always have an excuse why they can't... such as.. 'I'm the only one here'...' we don't have it on and it takes 30 mins to warm up' ... 'we are servicing it today' but all in true... they just don't want to offer us a service that they should and are equipped to do.

I have no complaints about this store at all. It's very clean & in a beautiful area of town and one thing I really love about this store since these days in San Pedro if u are a person that has to do there shopping and and run arons at later hours then the day shift most people must be on since no where is open at all after midnight anymore but guess what this store is open to 1am so don't stress thank the Lord or Ralphs because they are still open. That was a awesome thing to discover when I did. Open late , freindly employees, big clean store in a beautiful part of town. I'd recommend this store without a doubt to anybody.

BAKERY :Terrible service! The person who claims to be the Manager, her name is Shay , has not costumer service training at all. She took the order personally for my daughters's graduation cake (obviously, special ocasión) . When we went to pick it up , they couldn't find it. It was stressful because we were counting on having the cake on time. The cake's texture was all hard, it' seems like she did it a day before , the icing around the cake , I think I couldn't done a way better job my self, and I do not know anything about decorating a cake, you can hardly read the writing iSo disappointed , horrible service , never again !

This store never fails to disappoint. From the frequently horrible smell as you enter to the the daytime stocking of goods. I suspect the foul odors originate in the not so fresh fish department. Navigating the aisles is often difficult to the mindless stocking of goods at inconvenient hours. What happened to the midnight stocking of items of the past? Manager needs a good talking to!

They ARE phasing out the cashiers. No doubt about it. This age of prioritizing Self Checkout SUCKS!!! The customers are absoluyely going to be MORE irritated as time goes by. Never EVER come here if you're on the way to somewhere else. VERY VERY Cool employees; but ongoing automation is going to DESTROY customer morale, and inevitably co-workers will suffer as well. Guaranteed...

Waited 25 mins to get someone to help me in the deli meats. Girl working kept telling me to wait and there were 2 people workers just ignoring me the whole time. Worst service ever. Rude and unprofessional.

This is my Ralph's! I truly appreciate that their stock is usually full so that I get the food items that I like here. The prices can sometimes be kind of high, so I recommend using the Ralph's app to utilize the coupon clipping on it. The cashiers are always really helpful and greet you as you are being rung up. I'm glad that this is so local to where I am as it is an easy place to grab and get what I need.

Don't use instacart!!! I have a 102 temp needed groceries delivered. Shelby did a very poor job! Couldn't find half of my order and was threatening me in her messages when I asked for her help to look for alternate choices. Before I could cancel she closed the order and I was charged $10 for service and $5 for tip. Shelby needs to be fired and Ralph's should help more! They did nothing to help me just said they would make a note of it.

Best pharmacy with the best people. They seriously care and look at allergies and medication discrepancy. They just care and that matters. You usually go there when you don't feel your best and they treat you so nicely and always on time.

The staff in the flower department, the first department you see when you walk in, never greet customers and are always talking amongst themselves about personal stuff, the department is usually supper messy. The point of service is always understaffed with a line of upset customers, and the self check out - again the staff is usually talking with each other, and you have to interrupt them to get service or a bag for your purchase. It seems the be a management issue overall. The Deli is great, clean, staff friendly and the only reason I come to Ralphs. I have been coming to this Ralphs for 30 years, and the past few years have been rough, but I have seen these repeated issues never resolved.

I've been shopping at Ralphs for a looooong time, and while I'm alive that probably won't change. Unlike Vons, and Albertsons, Ralph's hasn't changed the way they do business, or the way they TREAT PEOPLE... Every time I enter the store, I find it as I did before, (it rhymes!) It feels the same, the people are the same, most things are right where they've always been, and if there is an issue of some kind, they jump to fix it. I can count on the store being clean, well stocked, (and that is no small achievement, in these unstable supply chain times.) Ralph's is my grocery store. Even while I could walk to the Vons in my neighborhood (three blocks away) and I must drive more than a mile to Ralph's, there is no reason for me to go anywhere else. (P.S.) It seems unfair to leave a rant disparaging the entire crew after having an unhappy encounter with one employee having an off day... Every attempt should be made to right the offense(s) at the time they occur, instead of saying nothing, walking away, and then raking the person over the coals in a review that wasn't really meant for such a use.
