First time coming here and I must say that I'm highly impressed. The service here was pretty quick and easy. I literally only waited five minutes in the lobby. The check-in is pretty simple as well. Just make sure you bring your ID and insurance card so that you can scan it. I absolutely loved the staff. They wasted no time with getting people in and out. Appointments are highly recommended, so definitely schedule one.

The building is very old, checking in was strange via kiosk. There's no one to help with that however it was quick with an appt. Wait was under 10 min. I have a phobia of needles but Wendy was excellent! I didn't feel a thing, she was quick and you knew it wasn't her first rodeo! Got 3 viles! I will definitely go back (to her) when I need blood drawn again

Customer service non-existent. Lab technicians are rude and non-carring. The reception window is shut and boarded from inside. No one in the receptionist place to talk to. Came in for my appointment on time. Checked in through my cellphone. The system didn't register me. I was ignored for 30 minutes until I asked what happened. They told me that I didn't check in and said to get on stand-by list. Waited another hour to get lab samples taken.

I dont understand why all the hate on this place. Iv never had an issue coming here. Make an appointment through the app. Show up at that time and they'll take care of you pretty quickly.. its not that hard to figure out

there’s no number to talk to them if you arrive early & no receptionist! Be nice to have someone to ask questions to if needed before appt time! Won’t allow you to check in until 10minutes before electronically!?

Automated appt. system not patient friendly and no live person is available-online, on the phone, or in the office. System can't handle walk-ins even though the waiting room is empty, phone system not much better.No stress? Labcorp is two driveways up, takes walk-ins, and they have a friendly receptionist.

i got sent to do my blood work done here . i called the number my doc provided me with , no answer ilooked up the place online and it had the same number . my paper said walks ins are accepted and since im close by i decided to go check it out or if they can help me make an app. i walk in the device says no walks ins,the window was closed so i knocked to see if their was someone to help me. a very unwelcoming employee woman came out trash talked me . totally not what i expected. keep in mind i am pregnant and i had my daughter with me .i was so shocked / mad because that is not how people should be treated .i came in happly and she ruined my whole day and infront of my little girl . i asked her her name and a manager and she just slammed the door, still cant believe it . so please be ready to walk into that enviroment before you go .

This is absolutely the worst location with the worst service and attitude. I came on time for my appointment and waited while the patient in front of me entered his information multiple times because the system couldn't locate his appointment. I checked in and was called a few minutes later only to be told they couldn't find my doctor's orders. I went back out to the waiting room and called the doctor' office to fax the orders as the lab requested. They did so while I was still on the phone. When I told the lab tech, she said nothing showed up and a fax could take 30 minutes. As I awaited, another confrontation with a patient occurred in which they refused to take a patient in for her scheduled appointment, accusing her of being late (she wasn't). Then they said they couldn't access her doctor's orders on their computer and that she had to have printed orders! She left in frustration. None of the other locations operated in this way. My usual location didn't have available appointments. I don't ever want to return to this location!

I've made appointments for my elderly mom here over the past 5 years and I always get the earliest appointment possible - 7:30-8am - since she is fasting. About 1/2 the time, the office didn't open until 7:30 and started blood draws 15-20 mins later. I started using mobile draw labs as it was becoming difficult to transport her. Two months ago I had two different mobile draw cancel on her so I had to bring her in without an appointment. We were prepared to wait since we couldn't get an appointment online for that day. And we didn't have a choice as she needed the test for surgery. There were many people with appointments when we got there at 7:15am but they were able to see my mom after 30 mins. after they opened. Just wanted to give a shout out to Nelson, who was so kind with my 92 year old mom -- he was efficient doing the draw and helpful wheeling her out of the room. I was worried he would not be able to get a draw as she was too dehydrated when they had tried at her doctors office to get a draw. But Nelson managed to be gentle and quick. Everyone else was nice too. I still will do mobile draw for the ease but good to know this location still had some nice and competent staff.

NEGATIVE 10 STARS, REPEAT NEGATIVE 10 STARS, I booked an appointment yesterday and showed them the confirmation on my phone and they said it wasn't in their system. Because of this I asked could you help me make an appointment so I wouldn't have to go through this again but they refused, said they don't do that and handed me a piece of paper to schedule another appointment that had been copied so much that you couldn't read the information on the paper. They're probably over worked and under paid, but that's no excuse for bad service...repeat, NEGATIVE 10 STARS, REPEAT NEGATIVE 10 STARS

Same day appointments are the best way to go. No waiting. If you walk in, it may take some time since the appointment has a preference.

The staff at this facility is completely bottom of the barrel. Not only are they extremely rude and under qualified to be handling people's MEDICAL needs... but they're unorganized, inefficient, and it makes sense when you see what kind of crowd is inside. There's no structure and the place runs like a free for all. I do not suggest going here if you care about yourself. There's no standard to work at this place and you're subjected to transients they claim as patients in the hallways outside. On my final way out of this trash can of a facility, some bum threatened to assault me because she said "you almost hit me with the door" when she was half way down the hallway at the time. The whole place is a complete joke and I wouldn't waste your time
