Love using Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center, not only is it close to both my home and my work, they have early appointments available to accommodate my work hours, and I love the new office space. Making an appointment is so easy, and the waiting time was no more than 5 minutes.

Nico was very welcoming and efficient. I had a stroke 2 years ago, and have mobility challenges. She went through the registration process fairly quickly. She then managed to do an excellent stick. No sting at all. She managed to get the samples she needed and then took the time to make sure I was no longer bleeding. I am on blood thinners and needed to provide a urine sample as well. She is great and I hope to have her as my phlebotomist next time.

Staff is rude and curt. They act very impatient and as if it's inconvenient and your bothering them to answer any questions.
Wouldn't bring my dog here for free food if it was offered!
DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend my family or friends for any lab work. There's other labs to go to, even if it means driving a little farther.
Next time I'll go to LabCorp.
