The worst store ever!!!! It stinks of chemicals when you go in there and the employees lie to you. They said they didn't have the internet router in stocks when I called twice! I asked when they would have it and they said they don't know. I had to keep calling finally when I got the time and they said they had it in stocks the promo was expired!!! They wanted me to pay 50 dollars more then the promo to get it. Lol worst store.

I have had many cell phones. Each time I bought a new cell phone, the employee at Sprint, AT&T or Metro always transferred old cellphone data to new cellphone. They informed my 81 year old husband at this location, they were too busy to do that for him. Not happy with this store.

Metro is awesome! I bought myself and my daughter an iphone11 and it was so easy and the guy was nice and helped us. I ordered online and bought from inside the store and were both GREAT experiences! I waited till I received the phones till I made a review , the phone came wen they said it would. I activated one myself and changed over the apps. Simple, easy and affordable! Thank you metro for great deal and helping me be a dad to my daughter. Thank you.-Gregory

ZERO STARS! NOT RECOMMENDED. The person assisting me on the evening of 05/03/2022 was very dry & unhelpful. She (could’ve been a male, not sure) said it would be $190 to replace a broken phone. I thought it was too expensive, so I left. At the other Metro store I was told I was eligible for an upgrade & paid only $108. Not sure if this woman/man was trying to pocket $82 from my sale, but it didn’t happen.

This is the second time I come to this location for help and the second time I get turned away. First time was to activate a new account and the girls were quoting me $180 for ONE new line. Then I come in today to pay a bill and she says she’s not taking cash payments. No apology, no accommodation. Just tells me she’s not taking cash payments. Not even exact? I worked in wireless for four years—how can you only take card payments and not cash payments? Worst customer service ever.

I went to this store to get a new line some phones are free with the plan taxes and fees shouldn't cost no more than $90 so the lady asked me for my I'd I said no then she proceeded with the new line at the end she want me to pay $180 I asked why she said oh because I added a tabletWhat???? I left right away she tried to scammed me!!! 2 stars because she actually was nice to me lol

Sorry, they only had two phones in the entire store. Upgrade rates were sky high. I was pretty bummed out.
