I hate to pay taxes, but coming in to see Angela's smile and cheerfulness makes it much less painful. She's very aware of all the annual changes and very helpful in finding things to help reduce my tax burden. Miles better than the CPA I used previously.

Paid $60 to get a 2 week rapid refund. SPECIFICALLY told "tax preparer" NOT to use previous banking information on file and supplied current banking information. After more than 2 weeks had passed i called back.. The "tax preparer" stated "oh yes i made a mistake the bank will send it back to irs and you will receive it with in 6 weeks" (i paid for a service in their error that I DID NOT RECEIVE) she didn't offer a refund. I asked for a refund and she said "no we will do your taxes free next year" AFTER MORE THAN SIX WEEKS PASSED i called back she told me she'd call me right back AND DIDN'T! Called the next morning and she was very rude staring she left the office the night before and forgot to call me back.hearing my frustration she said ill give you a discount next year. ( but offered it free last time we spoke) She then explained the refund was NEVER bounced back to the IRS and was at the bank I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER NOT TO SEND IT TO! i went to bank who took the money from a loan from 3 yrs ago. I called her back SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE slyly belittling me about monies owed to the bank in the first place. Which i then reminded her , ive been making payments to that bank as i can afford to do so but that was beside the point. I paid for a service and submitted the banking information I wanted the refund to go to.. And she arrogantly kept reminding me that if i didn't owe the bank money this wouldn't have happened. After going in circles she FINALLY offered me the $60 refund that i paid. When i got there she AGAIN arrogantly offered a discount for next year. During this quarantine crisis i really could have used that refund. Its none of her business what i owed. I gave her the bank info I CHOSE to deposit MY MONEY i am currently reporting to BBB IM DISGUSTED only giving ONE star because i am forced to!
