“This was my first time there after a family member told me about. This was cutest store with a variety of unique items to choose from. We went for a customized etched cheese board for a retirement gift. The lady working couldn't have been nicer and explained how the machine worked. We ended up a few other items. Even though we drove an hour to drive all the way from South OC, I plan on coming back for the fun items and great vibes!”

“So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place..I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... When their delivery guys delivered it one of the guys was exceptionally rude and one dining chair was missing bc they needed to order it (wasn’t informed of ahead of time). I was livid with the way the delivery went. I called Caravana and spoke to Moises (I’m not sure if he’s the manager or owner)... he was extremely apologetic and said he would speak with the delivery guy...but, I was so upset that I literally vowed never to buy anything there again. ?.When I picked up the last chair, Moises apologized again in person and gave me a set of very soft and high quality sheets for my new bed to apologize for the inconvenience & said they’d re-trained the deliver person so the issues I experienced don’t come up again. Interestingly, the sheets were exactly what I needed as I hadn’t gotten my stuff out of storage and was using cheapie sheets..That made things better but I wasn’t sure if I’d go back. Fast forward a few months, I was looking for stools and a reclining chair. I went everywhere—Ashley, Pier One, Living Spaces & a couple of boutique furniture stores...no one had what I was looking for, at the price point I wanted. I went back to Caravana. He immediately helped me, spent time with me to understand my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I am now not only a happy customer but a loyal one bc of Moises. I’ve shopped for furniture and many things globally, never have I received the customer service I have received from Moises and never has a company been able to turn a negative experience to such a positive one in such a skillful and humane manner. I *highly* recommend Caravana!! Most of the furniture in my pics is from them. ?.p.s. the same driver (and a second driver) delivered the furniture. He was extremely polite, well-behaved and it was clear they absolutely re-trained him. Good work.”

“Over the last 2 years We have bought w lot of furniture from Jeff and besides getting a great deal on the pieces we bought it always shows up pretty quickly which is awesome these days with all the supply issues. Our last order had a pair of chairs that had to be returned and as soon as I reached out to Jeff with my issue he gave me a full refund without any hesitation. “I went to this store five times. Each time I was offered a welcome and asked if I needed help. Everyone was polite, and when they couldn't answer a question, they immediately got the answer from someone else. I ordered two kinds of tile from them and they offered to order another tile even though they don't carry the line-I was bemoaning the fact that a different tile store had closed. The store is to the south of Jack-in-the Box.The store is hard to find, so use the fast food as a marker. The driveway right past Jack-in-the-Box Is a U shape, so if you turn there, not seeing the store as we did not, you'll get there before you reach Lomita again. The store is on the street. It is two stories and has thousands of tiles; you won't be disappointed.”

“I have used Sofas Tables and More to have 2 sofas made, also a window seat cushion and some pillows. Vannesa and Gabriel are both very knowledgeable. They guided us through the many choices we needed to make, told us exactly the timing and cost and all was as promised. The first sofa they made for us is now 2 years old and we could not be happier with it. Due to their guidance it was exactly what we wanted. It is known as the "napping couch" in our house - you cannot sit on it without napping. The second sofa we asked them to make was for our daughter - this was just a year ago - the same wonderful experience and the same very happy customer. We just put in our order for a seat cushion for our window seat in our master bedroom and some throw pillows. Same great service and I am sure we will be equally delighted with this product. Could not be happier with the entire experience and end product!”

“Goods on orange is a definite must if if you're looking for Vintage/Retro in Long Beach! The shop carries lots of decor,clothes and furniture ranging from the 60's to the 90's and 00's. There's so much to look at from all the different vendors and makers/artists. I've found music, posters, earrings, plants for my patio, and my most recent favorite, a harley davidson leather vest in amazing condition. In the back, you'll find the garden section with an array of different plants and pots for your garden needs. The shop also hosts fun small events with music, vendors, tattoos, and food. Lauren and Elena are incredibly friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful. Each time I've visited, there's always something new that catches my eye, so I'm always coming back for more. Definitely check them out!”
