Do not recommend the shop. I called her to ask her for flowers and she just hung up on me and said call somebody else horrible customer service.

Over a decade ago, a family member told me that Fleur de Lys is the best florist in town, so I started to use them whenever I need an arrangement in San Pedro or Rancho Palos Verdes. This requires a certain level of trust, because I live in Colorado and, most of the time, am not around to inspect the arrangement myself. Fleur de Lys has never let me down with dead flowers or a bad arrangement. I felt compelled to write this review after Fleur de Lys sent an especially beautiful stand arrangement for my uncle's funeral, and my cousin commented after the funeral that our family's arrangement was one of the nicest there. Nova, in particular, is a gem of a human who provides excellent customer service, and who always keeps in close touch with me to ensure that we are happy with the finished product. I should also note that, several years ago, they prepared stand arrangement for my father's funeral in the shape of a cross, filled with hydrangeas and birds of paradise, which beautifully honored his memory. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you need flowers in San Pedro or the surrounding area, Fleur de Lys is hands down the best. Don't give it a second thought.

Gorgeous unique fresh flowers and the folks there are so friendly and really know how to arrange them beautifully and get them delivered on-time! Love that they are not a chain flower shop, but a special San Pedro gem!

I have always used this florist, - over many years. I have never once been disappointed. They came through once again for me on Valentine's Day this year. Thank you, Fleur de Lys, for first class service, (even when very busy), and for exceptional aesthetic beauty in your arrangements.

I had my wedding flowers done by Nova in October and she hit it out of the ballpark. I was having a rustic fall wedding with all the bright colors of orange yellow reds and green. My bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and I wanted a more romantic rustic bouquet for myself. For the groomsmen, I just wanted white roses to really stand out on their suits. Everything turned out beautifully, I loved my florals and wouldn’t have changed anything! She even had it done with the short amount of time I had given her as well. Forever thankful.?

I got so many compliments on the flowers sent to my friend for her birthday everyone was over the moon on how beautiful and unique I was not expecting compliments but it was nice she was so happy I would order from them again also it was same day delivery that's what I'm saying

I ordered flowers last minute for a funeral and they came through. I thought the price was fair for the quality of flowers and service I received. Excellent!! The flowers were beautiful. I will use them again.

The folks at Fleur De Lys are warm, creative and dependable. The flowers are gorgeous and I always leave the shop feeling the love that flowers bring. This is the place for bouquets for your loved ones when you are talking the ephemeral celebratory gift that looks and smells divine.

I like patronizing local small businesses and this one is within walking distane to me. I've purchased flowers from Fleur de Lys several times yet every time I do, I walk out feeling icky. The first time, I waited and waited...and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, I spoke up and said "hello!" then someone huffed over and asked me what I was looking for. I explained what I wanted and was pointed to a few selections. I liked one of them so I went ahead and bought it. The next time I went in, I felt like I was intruding while they were busy making arrangements and again I waited without being acknowledged. This last time, and mind you this will be my last time, I ordered some flowers for my mom for Mothers Day. I told them I would pick them up on Saturday. I discovered I may not be able to pick them up that day and I might have to pick them up early on Sunday so I wanted to find out what their hours were going to be over the Mother's Day weekend. I went in and the lady that greeted me was very friendly, however, when I asked what their hours were going to be over the Mother's Day weekend, I hear from a guy in the back groan out loud in a condescending voice "9 to 5, 9 to 5" as if I was asking them for a favor of opening early or closing later, which I was NOT. He also exclaimed, "If you want flowers for Mother's Day, you better order them today". I was a bit taken aback and didn't say about his rudeness at the time, however, I wish I had. There are a ton of other florists out there so there options. If you want to be treated poorly, condescendingly or with extreme rudeness, Fleur de Lys will fit the bill, but if you want to be treated with kindness like most paying customers expect, I would suggest exploring other options.
