Enterprise is unethical. Enterprise scammed me out of $916.23. They were late giving me the car on my pick up date, they rushed the transaction, then expected me to inspect the car in the pouring rain for any minor scratches (which is impossible to do). I received a letter a week after drop-off saying I put 7 scratches on the vehicle, including damage that was previously listed in the paperwork; they can’t prove when any of the scratches happened, and I know for a fact I didn’t do any of it. Now Enterprise expects me to pay nearly 1k for the damage. Never again.(I never waste my time writing bad reviews, but they are extremely unethical).How many innocent people have fell victim to Enterprise’s scam.

Good location, quick pickup. Make sure you do a visual inspection with photos of the car before you leave, as the agents do not always do this when they take you to the car and will just mark it as “no damage” without looking.

Incredible service. They are definitely my preferred rent a car. They are "calm under fire" I have experienced them managing lots of urgent requests and calmly and politely dealt with each one. Very impressive team of people.

I book 3 suv on phone. Enterprise Customer service booking reservation. 4day ago pick on Monday 8/28 / 23 for my wife finral never ever trust this location they have Disaster customer service.this location san Pedro they don't have vehicle what I book Enterprise rent a car, this location all about drama, nothing else.
