I had sent Matteo pictures of my dent and easily arranged a meeting time with him to come out to my place. He took a look and completely honest with his professional opinion. He gave me a reasonable expectation of the fix that it was going to be around 90% fixed because of the position of the dent and despite agreeing to let him start on the project, about 3/4 of the way through, I felt like the repair wasn't going to be good enough so I had him stop. Instead of charging me for his time and agreement to give it a try, which I valued at around $50, he insisted on not taking anything from me because he wasn't able to meet mine or his own expectations. Other than the amazing service & integrity, he's a very nice person. Thanks for giving it a try as well as giving me so much knowledge about the dent removal process and best of luck to ya, Matteo!

Never had to use a dent repair service but unfortunately- the valet double dinged my car. Matteo was there to the rescue! He came in one day to access the dents and scheduled to do the repair. He was here in time and finished a lot quicker that I thought. Really recommend him. Got my dents fixed to about 95% percent to original- and I'll take it!! Save about a lot of money and in this time- holiday season - every penny counts!

Matteo is the man! I had a nasty dent from being careless behind the wheel and I am beyond happy that I was able to find him. He answered me with a quote within minutes of contacting him, he came to my work and fixed it in a couple hours. If it wasn't for his amazing work I would've had to file a claim with my insurance & go through the hassle of the process. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars. His prices are fair and he is a very nice person. Thank you brother for helping me out, I hope I don't need you again but if I do, I will call you without hesitation. I had a big dent on the side of my new car (rear, driver's side door). I tried getting quotes from some body shops but they were all charging over $1000 which made me even more depressed. I found this place on Craigslist and then looked up their website. Texted a few pictures to get a quote and got one for a fraction of the cost of the body shops. Matteo came to my apartment the next day and within an hour, the dent was gone. So happy with the work. I'll definitely hire him again if I ever need to. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service! On time and super efficient! Very honest and affordable. Kept us updated as he was working to make sure we were happy and comfortable with his work. We used Dentout Paintless Dent Repair for our brand new car which had a very large dent in the door. Matteo did a amazing job on it. He promptly returned calls and did not keep us waiting. Would recommend for sure. Very good and reasonable.

Amazing work!! Matteo is the man! Not only he is professional and friendly on the phone and when you meet him. He came earlier than the appointment time and did the job within 2 hours. It was fast!! I messaged Matteo through yelp and got a response the same day. Texted him and we arranged a time for him to come. He got down immediately on a quarter sized ding on the hood of my jeep wrangler. Took him about 15 minutes and the ding/dent was completely gone. Very professional and cheapest price i could find. Amazing work!

had a pretty bad crease in the drivers door of my son's 2016 Kia (we were visiting from out of town) , Matteo really took his time with the repair and got it almost perfect, there was no chance of the repair being perfect without body paint work, very happy with the repair and professionalism , would definitely recommend Dent-Out to anyone. Price was extremely reasonable as well.

I love my truck. Dings really bother me. I found Matteo on Yelp, sent him a text, attached pics, he gave me an estimate via text. Set up an appointment for the following day, he showed up on time and did outstanding work. I think the pricing is great and affordable compared to taking it to a local body shop. I'm very happy and pleased with the work Matteo did for us. I highly recommend him.

I spoke with Matt on the phone, I sent him a couple of pictures seeking an estimate and everything was smooth sailing from there. I met up with Matt so that he could have an in-person look at my dent. To make it easier for me, he actually met me at my home && did all his work from his truck. I was a little skeptical as to how it would turn out, but overall he did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. The dent I had was pretty bad and hard to get out so the turn out wasn't 100% perfect but it was still exceptional work. Check out the pictures I posted!
