Me and my family had to open a special account. Lots of forms, paperwork, etc. Jose Vasquez helped us with all of this. Knowledgeable, punctual, and in constant communication with us. His kindness was truly appreciated during a tough time for us. Citibank is truly lucky to have such an amazing employee. We will never forget his hard work, decency, and commitment to his work ethic. Thank You, Jose!

This is the only Citi bank location i like to come to, always a clean area & always greeted so politely by Eric . He is very professional but always quick and efficient , he always accommodates me and gets the job done accurately. I appreciate his hard work and it needs to be recognized. Thank you Eric !!!

This atm took my 1,000 cash deposit kept it and popped my card back out. Now I have file a claim wait 10 days. For my Effin money. Citi bank is the worst

Went there to cash a check from prudential retirement services that DOES do their banking with Citibank. They would not cash the check even though the check is for $5000.00 which they told me was the limit. If one of their services is to cash checks, why would they not cash it? Does this make sense? This refusal came from the branch manager. If anyone has an answer I'd like to know

I walked in here unknowingly after the sale of my house to open a new account.Although I did read the bad reviews first hand, that didn't deter me from walking in sitting down and waiting for a banker to help me. I said how bad can it be? After waiting for 15minutes no help I got up and asked a girl if someone was available to help me open a new account.she said just wait for Mayra 15minutes she should be out. So I waited and no one came. Then I walked up to a teller and asked again she said sorry no one can help u. Mayra won't be out for another hour. So I just walked out and left. It's sad to say that a bunch of lazy careless employees can cause a reputable business like this to go downhill. I really think the superiors of Citi-bank should get involved and fix the customer service at this branch because having Lousy employees has caused them to lose my business and an forced me to deposit my money elsewhere

Can I leave ZERO stars? Or negative stars? Coming from someone who's worked in the financial industry for 11 years, this bank has got to take the cake for absolute WORST customer service. From the day I opened my account, my debit card didn't arrive for 7 weeks after plus paper work was signed incorrectly and I had to have paper work mailed to me and disturb my vacation. To make this even better the lines are always extremely long and take 45 mins+, they NEVER answer phone calls(0/32 of my calls ever reached a banker or teller) and the new manager is very disrespectful. I showed up after unsuccessfully calling 6 times today to make a deposit n showed up at 5 on the dot and door was locked and no one would open. I came to sign paper work and make a deposit into a new account. The new manger with braces was extremely rude and told me he was doing me a favor by letting me sign for my business savings account. ME A FAVOR. I'll take my small 15k deposit else where. I will be informing Carlos Seraphim immediately so he may properly train his employees, especially his manager.

Horrible customer service ! In person and on the phone. I just have to come here to deposit my check but hate how the tellers are rude. Only one teller (a young Hispanic woman) is always so approachable. Everyone else seem to dislike their Job. Management needs to train their staff way better so we can actually enjoy our 5 min at the bank.

The people here are so rude and are never accommodating. Never open an account with them! They're also very racist and I overheard the manager calling the police today because there was a black person hanging out outside. She needs to shut her mouth and do her job.
