This is maybe the worst chase branch in USA,Most of the time they try to postpone your appointment and whatever they supposed to do, I had projects near them, and have to deal with this branch, but they won’t work until 10 because they have meetings, or during lunch or even after 4 because they are leaving and they don’t have stuff. Again, my main bank is chase, and love this bank but not this branch.

Clean, friendly bank. They offered great alternatives for a large purchase that I was paying for. Will make this my regular branch.

I made an appointment online to talk to someone about refinance, I was set up with someone in their business department that did not work with refinance. He then schedule me appointment at a certain time on a Friday to talk about refinancing with the proper person. I scheduled my whole day around a phone call only to not get a phone call. Very disappointing.

After calling and trying to find a Chase branch that can open my high schooler 's account. I secured an appointment at the Chase on 25th. Apparently, since covid there are not enough bankers available and am appointment is necessary. Gabriel J. was very patience and informative with myself and my kids. He explained everything in simple terms and showed my kids how to use the ATM. A big shout out to Gabriel! Thank you!

Understaffed and lack the professionalism to let customers know how long the wait time is. Be aware, not the branch to use if you need administrative items done.

Not the best customer service if you need to speak with a banker as opposed to a teller. I've had two negative encounters at this branch. On the first occasion, the drive through ATM was not working, so I used an ATM inside to make a deposit heading home from the store. The ATM turned off after receiving the cash, and the screen shut down. After waiting several minutes, I had to notify the banker that I had groceries in the car for him to stop talking about the game and provide assistance. The second time I went in to change my name, and was again ignored by the bankers after being referred to wait by a teller. One of the bankers was with another client, but another was not. After waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgement, I went to the other branch on 25th where they were busier, but handled it.
