If I could give it zero starts I would. For starters the laundromat is very old. The guy who works for the owners is extremely entitled and acts as if he owns the place. I informed him that the machine I used broke down and he immediately tells me it's my fault for putting too much clothes in the machine. When I explained you can you put your hand in the machine and that it's not over filled, he immediately tells me not to come back and that he has never had issues with the machine. When I ask to speak to the owners he says they are not available. He comes to check the machines, grunting gives me my money back. The machines are very old and do not work well. Don't come here unless you are ready to face a very creepy, rude man who is managing their store.

Beach City has been around since I was a kid and had gone through multiple ownership transitions. The most recent one is not bad.
