Daniel was extremely passive and very quiet mannered, yet still tried to push extra sales on us without listening to my answers. I had to repeat myself several times. His manners weren’t inviting at all. He wasn’t rude, but didn’t thank us for our time or show any interest or care in what we were looking for. Nor did he try to share solutions or clarify costs when we were confused… or apologize when things weren’t available. No offer to talk to manager. Nothing. It was a total waste of our time.

Started off as a misunderstanding by receiving the wrong phones! Went back to solve issue Berenice never came out instead sent out someone to fix her issue. Lacheme then took several hours to process a return and place a new order. He removed our sims and he deactivated SIM card left us with no wifi or signal! Had to come back and fix it neither of them would come out to apologize for their mistake.Instead they sent out Genesis which provided a great help she deserves a promotion. Great service provided from her!

Lash was a great help informed me on everything I needed to know as far as billing and promotion credits, he got me in and out with in 45 min which is rare when doing a transaction at one of these phone stores.
