Karla was the representative that assisted my son and I. Karla's customer service skills were exemplary. You should employ more representatives with the customer service skills that she possesses, she should be given a raise & promoted to a position to train your representatives in-store and phone representatives.She was finishing up with another client but addressed us as soon as we entered the storeOnce she was done with the other client, she introduced herself and asked our reason for the visit. She immediately started to address our needs and she didn't stop until everything was taken care of. Due to unforeseen circumstances caused by me she had to re-address some areas that were already completed on both my phone & my son's phone. She kept the same welcoming, accommodating demeanor, told me not to worry and began to correct the mishap.She was amazing, I was really impressed as she is a young new mother and most young customer service representatives that I have encountered don't have the personality, skill set, nor patience that Karla demonstrated.Once again thank you Karla and thank you AT&T for employing Karla to service your clients!!From Jacqueline Allen, a 20 year client.

Lash was a great help informed me on everything I needed to know as far as billing and promotion credits, he got me in and out with in 45 min which is rare when doing a transaction at one of these phone stores.

Daniel was a great help! We came in towards the end of the day and he was able to assist us with quickly transferring a line. He was friendly and made the whole process very seamless.

This store made us wait a hour just to tell us we couldn't purchase my upgrade. I'm trying to upgrade my phone and the employee was rude and the worst. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I'm literally trying to give them business and he tells me some nonsense about our account. I've literally upgraded for the past 15 years with no issue until this guy. I don't recommend this store they're atrocious.

The only reason they get one star is because you have to get a star! Manager is Julio, very unprofessional and a LIAR!! Do not get lied to by Julio or anyone else at ATT they are liars and DO NOT want to help you! So here's the story.. 11 months ago I purchased and IPAD and the data plan for it. It stayed at home most of the time my wife and kids who would use it regularly so it was linked to Wi-Fi, recently I started my own business and had needed the iPad for work, I take it out and it doesn't connect to data! So I take it into the store on western in San Pedro CA (2/27/23), the rep immediately figures out that not only I had been over charged for some thing but a SIM card was never put into the iPad!! He asked where did you buy this, I said here, This is the only ATT I ever come too. He then advised me to call ATT to get a credit! He said this was someone's mistake! 11 months of payments for a data plan I couldn't use! So I go home and call ATT corporate, they came back and said we can only give you an 80 dollar credit, I said 80 dollars that's not even half! Then I asked for a supervisor, supervisor came on and repeated what the other then rep had said! And I said well that's not right? I didn't forget to put the SIM card in the iPad then! The supervisor said.. "I don't know why they told you to call us! It was the stores fault, the manager there could give you a credit, that's why we're only authorized to give you the 80 dollars, if I were you I would go back to the store for the rest of the credit" so the next day 2/28/23 I go back to ATT a rep welcomed me and asked what could she help me with and I told her the whole situation, she immediately becomes defensive and rude, I said could I see the manager, she's comes back out and said "he's in a meeting, for the next 45 mins" to which I said "that's fine I'll be back in 45 mins" to which she said, "I know he can't give you a credit!" So I return 45 mins they reps recognize me and said "we'll see if he's available" so in comes the manager Julio! Before I could get anything out he's says "I cannot give you a credit, I'm sorry" I said "why not? ATT corporate told me you could, they said this was the stores fault and you can?" I also got a little heated I admit and I said "something like so I'm just fucked?" He said I don't know why they told you that. Please don't use profanity or I will be forced to ask you to leave the store" so I calm down and said.. "let's call them?" Julio says you can call them but I will not talk to them!" I asked "why?" Julio just kept repeating I won't talk to them! Then disappears into the back room, so I call ATT I get rep explain to them the situation and say "I'm in the store the manager is hiding in the back and won't come out here and refuses to talk to you guys or talk to me" the rep automatically said "this is very unprofessional, I've never heard of a manager not willing to talk to us? I'm gonna get my supervisor this is unprecedented to me" after a lengthy wait because their supervisor was busy on another call I finally got the supervisor, (btw the rep was awesome as we were waiting for his supervisor they kept checking in on me and talking to me) so the supervisor asked for the manager ATT uid and the manger actually gave it them then asked for his name and he said "Julio" then asked to his last name and Julio said "I can't give you that" I said "you can take my phone into the back room if you'd like to give them your last name?" He refused! Then said "I told him I can't give him the credit because he bought the iPad over 2 months ago.." The ATT supervisor said " wow! Never mind, stop talking to him I can tell this is getting very unprofessional in his part, just talk to me." I'm assuming because not

Looking to move my internet, phone and TV to AT&T due to bad service from Cox. Not a good start when nobody in the store answers the phone.

I'm not a person to leave a bad review but this please need some serious help. This is the only AT&T login San Pedro. This store is always backed up and understaff. Also the staff here is not well trained and any question you have regarding your phone service, they are quick to send you somewhere else or to a different location. If you looking for a home internet this is the place to go. They are always trying to sell you home internet rather helping you with your phone device. The manager is over paid and for the store this size, you only have 2 to 3 staff that are not trained helping you on the sales floor. Expect to wait for a few hours at this store.

my husband and I went into this store and we were racially profiled, the manager stopped the young lady who waited on us from giving us 1 charger head that would fit the 14 Pro. his reasoning was he couldn't stack promotions. we had just switched our WiFi to AT&T through Costco, plus while the guy was installing our WiFi a young lady came to our home and convinced us to switch our business account from Verizon to AT&T we had 4 lines we also added 4 new 14 Pros. we bought 4 screen protectors & 3 phone covers and 1 outter box the young lady at this store was going to give us (1) charger head, but the man manager at this store that evening 10-09-2022 treated us so badly and stopped the young lady from giving us 1 charger head. After switching from Verizon to AT&T I didn't think that 1charger head would break AT&T. We did receive 50% off for the screen protector as well as the phone covers so literally we paid for 2 protectors & 2 covers and the new 14 Pros charger lines don't fit the regular iPhone charger heads. I couldn't believe it. This store is poorly managed.

Just like this store for their customers service. I went to the store and I was help by Berenice Beltran manager. After explaining she said she couldn't help me but she'll call the right depth. She placed the call and disappeared waited for 40 min when they answered wrong dept. Transfer again wait 20 min and they hag up. I asked anther person and didn't know what to do. All this time and the M.O.D not once came out. I request the #to complain and M.O.name. Didn't know it and went to get her . She came out and Asked me what happened. I told her that she called the wrong dept. That I got transfered and after an hour they hang up. No apology or intent to help. They just to be a great store don't know what happened. Also during the time I spent in the store l saw a lot of people going in waited for a while and leave no service and when they hang up. I saw on the phone screen 60 missing calls while the M.O.D was missing in action. I'm thinking about switching carriers.

I walked into this AT&T store today in San Pedro hoping they could help with my IPhone 12 Pro Max which I've been unable to start the ERASE PHASE due to my young boy's incorrect password inputs. Not in the store for 10-seconds the Rep stated it was a IPhone store type of issue. She didn't even attempt to see what the issue was. Nevertheless I was there a year or so a ago and I spent over $2500 plus in that store for a iPhone12 Pro Max, iPad Pro and APPLE watch. Next time I will clearly drive farther to an actual iPhone store and not waste my time wasting my money in a small local business.

I visited the San Pedro location because I was having issues with my phone. The manager Oscar helped me resolve the situation. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he was able to give me a new a free phone and transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone. Incredible customer service!!

Yet another tale of lack of service at this location. I was a few days late paying my bill so I thought I'd drop by the store and drop off a check at 5:37 p.m.Employee Oscar told me that their "machine" is the only one that can accept a check and it "goes down" at 5:30.I asked if this was a new policy and he said no.I know for a fact that he was lying to me because I have given live, human being employees checks twice in the evening in the last five months without any problem. It's incredible how far AT & T's employees will go to avoid even the slightest semblance of work.This is the result we get when we have a monopoly, or near-monopoly, that is literally answerable to no one.
