Yesterday I stopped at this 7-11 and saw one of the most Awesome things I've seen in a while. They had actually put out a large clear bag of hot food that probably had expired by not much time. Food that they would have otherwise had to just throw away. I made sure that I let the kid behind the counter know how Awesome this was. I was actually going to take a picture of the bag when I left the store, but by the time I had finished with my transition, a Gentleman had already sat down and started eating from the bag of food. This World DEFINITELY needs MORE of this!

Horrible service from the security hard tonight around 8pm threatened my friend and I to hit us. Same security guard who beat 5 other people my friend knows. You need to do something about your security guard either fire him or someone is going to be calling the police on him. He's black male tall in a black Chevy Malibu I believe. I saw him driving the security guard vehicle up Gaffey and 9th street. I will be calling the security guard company so he can get fired. And do police reports on the people he harmed!

I've been hesitant to write this review since I've been a loyal customer for years however this location has gone down. Every time we go now it's dirty... the floors been sticky, the icee/soda area is a mess and the trash is overflowing.

I went in so that I can cash my winning lottery scratchers totaling $61.00 I had 5 winners and when the cashier came back and told me I had $11, I thought, maybe I left my $50 winning ticket at home. So I went home and looked for it and it wasn't where I usually leave my tickets so I went back to the store. I asked the cashier if he can check to see if it was stuck behind my $5 winning ticket and he said, no. He said he throws away all the tickets. So I asked if I can check the trash and he said no, he tears them up. He tried to assure me that he 'double checks tickets'. Lies. The ticket is nowhere in my house. THE CASHIER STOLE MY $50 WINNING LOTTERY TICKET! I went in on Saturday, 12/26/2020 @ 5:00pm. I hope all the bad karma on the cashier that stole my money.

I get my coffee here and tamales from the guy who sells them outside. It doesn’t get any better than that, at least for me. 7-Eleven cashiers are always nice to me. Never have had a problem after so many years.

What the hell happened to this place?? What happened to all the employees?? This used to be my break spot, quick bite to eat and get a drink. Staff used to always be on the up and up, now, the new staff dont even greet u, place is always dirty, nothing is ever in stock, food is never available, and even the coffee machines dont ever work. Asked the guy working and he just answered "its not working today". Done with this place! Everything that made it worth while is gone, taking my business over to AM/PM down the street!
