This place is a joke. I was waiting in line for my wife’s medications & saw a dude sitting in the waiting room drinking alcoholic beverages he apparently got out of their fridge. The line to the pharmacy is always out the door. I can not figure out how this place stays in business. When my wife receives a text telling her that her medication is ready, we go down to pick it up & not once has it been ready. We are told to come back in an hour. I hope I never have to enter this store again. :(

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE - one woman just wanted to use the bathroom before she bought a drink and I heard 3 people give her different stories about whether they had one and whether or not you needed to be a paying customer . Ridiculous . I attempted to ask 2 associates a question and was ignored by BOTH . Everyone on shift 2/4 around 3:30pm was TRASH ! I wouldn't talk to anyone like I heard them speaking to women . and a personal fuck you to everybody on that shift from me . We'll accept the security guard he was cute and nice !

Don't go to this Walgreens pharmacy. Only one person always there and waiting time can exceed 45 minutes and more just to pick up medicine and once you get to counter they will tell it's not ready they don't have your medicine. Go to CVC in Target Pinole they are much better

This pharmacy is literally the worst in town. Never ending long lines -- inside and out. Their schedule is always a mess because they're low on staff to the point somedays the drive thru isn't even open. You'll call and be on hold for an hour and a half only for them to hang up the phone on you. It's a shit show

This review is only for the pharmacy. It is the worst experience by far and I have dealt with other pharmacies. They don't answer the phone ever!!!!! It is just ridiculous to think that they are part of a healthcare system. I am not expecting anything big. Just wanna know about the meds. That's all. Called three times today. On-hold for about 15 each time and then the line cuts off. No answer. Nothing. They should just close down.

Never never never select this pharmacy when you choose refill pick up here especially during weekends! I ordered 90-day refill of atorvastatin for my mom and got a message that I could pick up at 5:40pm something. They did not give any updates or call but delayed my order to next day. If you don’t keep track via the app. It just looked like nothing happened!!! The next day they put a hold to my order and when I logged in noticed the hold, the pharmacy closed for business already!!! G!!! This is a pharmacy NEVER cares about their customers their patients! Let me know if they are under supervision I would definitely file a complaint!!

The pharmacy has the biggest lines and delayed customer service. Their lunch break is longer than 1hr. No sensitivity for their customers And the waiting area is absolutely disgusting. The floors and chairs are covered in debris and stains. Liquid and blood stains.

If 0 stars were possible, this place would deserve it. The management is beyond unprofessional, employees are not knowledgeable. Lines are always to the end of the store, with employees taking their precious time fulfilling prescriptions that are urgently needed for many. They always have "system issues" when their app tells you your prescription is ready, and even when you go to pick up your prescription a day later .. it still isn't ready. Don't get your prescriptions sent here, it'll do you best.

Please DO NOT use this place as your primary pharmacy!!!! They will misbill your insurance. They will update your prescription as filled, but never provide you the update, so you do not know when to pick them up. They will NOT pick up the phone, (WAIT!), they do pick up, but will HANG UP immediately. Take your business to a local pharmacy where they will provide exceptional and prompt service. This place unfortunately does not fulfill those characteristics. May I suggest Brookvale Pharmacy (in San Pablo) or Central Pharmacy (in Richmond)!!! Way better service at these places!!!

There's a line out the door and they only provide one technician to help with the prescriptions.Pretty simple to have another technician help out to move the line along.So much for caring about the customers.

Waiting over an hour for a Covid booster with an appointment confirmation. Either this Walgreens is understaffed or severally incompetent. Appeared to keep filling prescriptions and ignoring vaccination appointments.All a sudden shots were given out to the several waiting when I mentioned how long we we’re waiting?Also out of many products like half of the toothpaste isle. This place was a waste of time.

I got my CV19 vaccine here. The store is clean and well organized The pharmacy operations is also very well organized and efficient.
