They're always friendly, professional, and I never run into all of the red tape and cluelessness of Walgreens, where I've run out days before I end up getting necessary medicine. They always have it in stock or get it quickly.

I really like this place. Started going here when I got tired of Walgreens and cvs. They text you when your prescription is ready and it no nonsense type of place!

This pharmacy would not fill an important prescription for me because they had a drug on file that had a potential interaction. Even though I have discontinued the former drug and they talked to my doctor, they will not give me the medication. This is caused me a great deal of inconvenience and caused me to be out of my medication for possibly another week. There was no getting through to them and they just kept repeating the same lines despite the fact that their concerns are completely irrelevant

Vale Road Pharmacy is excellent! Very professional, courteous and prompt interactions. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service each time I have visited the pharmacy. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you everyone.

Beware of illegal practices!!! Pharmacist altered the quantity of my prescription without consulting with the prescribing doctor. They do not have the authority to make those types of changes. I was using a GoodRx coupon I'm assuming this is probably a privately owned pharmacy that didn't want to honor the coupon and gave me only 6 pills instead of 30 that was prescribed. Shady business practices!!!

They deliver our medications before they are finished so we have too much extra medication that we don't need.

One of the best pharmacies in town. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. No waiting for hours to have your prescription filled like other chain pharmacies. New owner/pharmacist is very friendly and enjoys helping all patients equally. Looking for a new pharmacy? Stop looking because you have found one you will not regret.
