When I go there in person, I'm able to be helped more efficiently. However, trying to reach them by phone proves impossible as it keeps ringing and ringing to no avail.

There is a black lady in this place who is super rude. She didn't even take my track number to check and she told me, "I don't know if your package is here. How should I know? If I don't even take my information, I invite people who have had the same thing happen to them." with her that they join together to see if they change personnel because it is not the first time that it has happened to me and it has also happened to many people, she is annoying and rude

The person called Brittani Lee who claim to be the supervisor at the Hilltop postal office was super rude, hung up the phone and didn’t want to help me find nor give me an answer on my lost package. This has been happening since the beginning of the year and no one seems to care. She told me she has more important problems to worry about than my packages.

The woman wasn't really willing to help she did not even check my info to look for a package ? that the USPS marked as delivered but my Locker ? was empty when I checked. Not the first time USPS mess up a package ? I'm done

I just wish my mail man could deliver my packages to the right address. THREE more packages this week were 'delivered' according to the tracking info, but I never got them. I have had this happen a few times before and I learned that my neighbors who must have received the packages instead do not return mail that does not belong to them. Plus the post office can apparently do nothing once the packages are listed as 'delivered', so I just lost another couple of hundred dollars worth of packages. They literally have one job, just to put the packages in the right mailbox. I think I will have to have my mail held at the post office and collect it myself, since I can't rely on the post office to deliver it to my address. Numbers should not be that complicated.

They use CCA’s to deliver the mail and they lose it very often. The black woman working the door is a horrible monster beast that has no respect for the public just hates her job. Nothing but clowns working for USPS

Not great! My first time there because I went to pick up my hold mail because I was on vacation. They opened 15 minutes after the posted opening time. But there was about 6 people, including me, waiting in line outside when one of the customers had to go around to the side of the building to ask someone to open up. There were plenty of postal staff working outside of the building. They need at least one person to be aware of when it's time to open the doors. Regular customers have said that the place is always like that. There is always room for improvement.

These people should be out of a job who delivers at their leisure so for my mail the deliver window is 10am-9pm meaning I could get my mail sometime between then if the drivers wants to go out to my complex second they will only deliver if they have a high enough volume to make a worthy trip

Delivered package to the wrong house and all they did was leave a note. (Don't know who's house and can't get it myself). No resolution and no accountability. They either ignore the phones or mute them completely because I've called all morning and no answer.

The mailmen or ladies always puts our mail in the wrong mailbox especially the ones that works on Saturday we never get any packages that arrive on Saturday but it's always mark as delivered so we can't even claim nothing she or he even leaves the mailbox open intentionally and then they say that is was broken into but it was not. So we always have to be careful not to order things that arrives on Saturday. We are still missing important IRS mail and packages.

This place is a joke! I have 2 bumpers to be sent off, got it weighed and measured and everything ready to be shipped off. Then I go the next day and Julian gives me the run around saying he can't ship my package even though it was already approved and ready to go the day before. Julian was very unprofessional saying "let me do my job." Sucks that I got two different interactions. I asked him if he can raise the scale like the other lady did yesterday and he said straight up NO without trying. Apparently he knows his job so well and we are all just d****

Very un helpfulThey delivered my passport somewhere else and when I asked them they said they put in my mailbox but I didn’t get it.No body answered my phone if someone then he said there is no one who can help you... I also get wrong mails in my mailbox.

Why would this even come up as a post office. There is a small lobby that is currently unstaffed; no packaging, no P.O. Boxes. Wasted my time going there.
