“Fastest car purchase I ever made. No pressure did a break thru of what I was paying, no hidden fees and wasn’t trying to persuade me to purchase any sort of unnecessary insurances. This guy has a small lot but nice options. He has a thing for Mazdas and I saw some good corollas and Hondas. He knows what the customer needs. Low mileage cars for really fair prices. “I have to say my experience at Albany Subaru was stellar. I so hate buying a car that I postponed it for months because no one has four hours to spend at a dealership. I had been looking for a Subaru Ascent and Ricky Riise reached out . I wasn't ready and told him he could reach out again if he wants to but just wasn't ready then. He reached out again, with a reasonable time in between , and I said I was looking for a specific color. He happened to go have both and told me the price and mileage on them. I told him I wanted to get in and out . I have left dealerships before because of the back and forth and the time it took. Ricky and Lupon ( I hope the spelling is right) were fantastic. They got me out of there in less than 90 minutes . I did my application online. I sent over some other info including my drivers license. They just handled the whole transaction with professionalism and took care of my other car until I could get over to pick it up . I recommend Albany Subaru 100% AND they are friends of ASPCA -and other shelters . We went with a bigger car because of our special needs pets . George was flexible with the service I used, bringing the car to his home so the mechanic could look at it at 7:00 pm. Car checked out perfectly. Came down the next day, was able to get the vehicle for about $1500 less than the other comparable mustangs. I highly recommend George and would do business with him again. Thank you!”

“Hey u guys I been knowing Joe over 15 yrs I'm on my 3rd car with him. He has always been honest & upfront. This 3rd ? I got around Xmas time. I had been using uber & lyft for a month and didn't have the whole down payment I gave him $500 down & drove away with a 2010 suv the same day with Arrangements over a decent period of time. The Arrangements DID NOT INCLUDE THE CAR PAYMENT. My payments was pushed out additional 30 days after ? payment arrangement. Shortly after someone hit & ran my suv damaging the thermostat joe replaced for me and I paid later so my insurance wouldn't go up. I have NOT HAD a bad experience with joe.”
