This store has just now scanned my package in front last Saturday. What a sore spot for UPS. .just be a bunch of rooms there ibet i don't get everything sent to me which were some hand painted pictures from my friend ?

Worst UPS store in America. Bunch of crooks stealing peoples packages there. Second time my wifes fenty beauty package hasn’t moved after stopping at this location. Also, my kids jerseys stopped at this location before through target and never got them either. If UPS had a bit of sense they fire everyone at this facility. There is a bunch of crooks there and robbing peoples package’s constantly. Probably some low life wannabe gangsters working there.

They actually deserve negative stars..my package arrived on the 3rd and today is the 10th and it still has not left their facility. They really should do some random drug testing and raise wadges to get rid of all the incompetent people there until they can learn how to deliver packages. On top of this you cannot even talk to an actual person at UPS. .

I agree with Frank. My package is there for past 3 days and it hasn’t moved yet. It sucks to have an experience like this. Neither they have a phone number nor we can stop by to pick up our package. Very bad service.And btw I was not able to find them on social media. Please put link here so people can reach out. So frustrating!UPDATE: just sent a message on instagram. I’m hoping that I either receive my package delivered today and schedule a pickup. I’m flying tomorrow and I need that package.

In the same boat as other reviewers, my package has sat at the San Pablo facility for 2 days now and has yet to leave with today being its scheduled delivery and I dont see that happening as I am miles aways from San Pablo.
