“Had a big package to send out. They let me use a cart, got it in and got it put in the system quickly (I already had the label) and I was out in less than 5 minutes which is how it should be.They have a self serve thing but for some reason this one doesn't have the hand held scanner which other Fed Exes have, I'm not sure why. But I like the fact I was in and out quickly. I'm sure I'll have other stuff in the future, let's see if it's like that all the time.”
“Service was a bit cold but got the job done. Sending a document quickest service to Europe was $94. Was told there is no overnight so sending it Friday would get there Monday at noon or 8pm, $4 difference.Location was clean and I was the only one there until somebody else came in. He was not greeted until the representative finished with me. Parked free around the corner. Paid with credit card.”
