These people have no clue what they are doing. Came here to get high quality gas and to wash my car. The car wash doesn't work half the time but they won't tell you. Instead you pay and then they say oh sorry it's not working and there are no refunds. You have 30 days to use your wash. That's bs! Give me my money back!

Yesterday was my first time at the store the specific one at least. The soda was way too sweet I almost puked. The straw is paper I hate those, better for the world but I'd rather use a reusable one. The workers inside are not friendly whatsoever. He let me use the restroom but that's about it that was kind of him. What do you expect when you're in this area right typical.. nothing new whatsoever in this area this is expected, rude a** people lol. Nothing new. Found corn dogs here !! Thought I'd add that if you're looking for that! Thanks for reading hope this helps!

I just walked down to this Shell station which is the only place open for miles near my house arrived at the door approximately 4 AM no one was inside stood at the door for five minutes knocking waiting knocking waiting to see you employee finally one emerged from his car he’s been sitting there the entire time watching me knock on the door and wait for 5+ minutes and then informed me that the Shell station is closed till 5:30 in the morning even though I’ve been there at same time multiple times now been able to purchase things in and out of our convenience store or do you think the person that works at the Shell station in his employer ID able to open the door sell things apparently not

Actitud problem with some employees bad customer service. Sometimes they give you the wrong change when paying in cash. Some are nice but just a couple of them only.

Came in at 4 am to get gas and the lady said she can't help me because she's in the middle of cooking.... Cooking what??? She was just sitting down wtf. What happen to the old crew???

The night person here tonight is ignoring everyone giving ugly faces to everyone that stops by she is not answering to anyone she just sits there looks and does nothing the gas station for says 24 hours I want everyone who reads this to know this location has always been like this every employee that works the night time do you job or don't come stay home simple as that your just not making the kut no respect on your name you piece of garbage.

Stopped by this gas station pretty often when I'm in this area. When I'm in a hurry I always go inside and buy coffee and snack for the road. It's convenient and safe enough to me. Spacious gas station.

Today 02/06/21 it happened again, at this gas station they give very bad service at night, the one who attends is a somewhat chubby woman and wears glasses, she looks at you in the window and just acts crazy, she attends to him when she feels like it, those in charge of that gas station should pay a little more attention to what we think otherwise they are going to start losing customers

I use to go here a lot for the carwash but after the last 3 visits, it seems that they don't take good care of this for awhile now. Hardly no soap, nozzles are off position and/or not working at all, the drying air ducts don't move like they use to. There's always something wrong because lack of maintenance.
