“This review is long overdue, but I just had to come on here and give credit where it is due! First of all, I contacted Pablo with just two days' notice and he was kind enough to accommodate my move and fit me into their busy schedule. Edgar and Kevin tackled the challenge of packing and moving my furniture on a very busy and narrow street in the city. They were extremely thorough and professional throughout the whole move. Navigating three flights of stairs, they handled my belongings with utmost care. Pablo and the team's responsibility and professionalism shine through - a solid recommendation for anyone in the Bay Area in need of reliable movers. They are reasonably priced, especially if it means saving yourself the headache of having to move things yourself. I'll certainly be reaching out to them for my future moves. Big thanks to Pablo and the exceptional team!”

“They give a great promotional price for the first six months. It was the single most important factor that made me choose this facility. Everything was great. People were there when you needed them. It was easy to get in and out of. No problems whatsoever.”

“I'm typically not the type to leave reviews (good or bad) however, I just had to take the time to acknowledge the exceptional customer service I received from Ms. Laurie and Davonte at Public Storage.

They both worked with me through a complicated situation involving multiple units. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and competent, Davonte and Ms. Laurie displayed nothing but kindness and patience through my experience.

A+ customer service! Thank you both!”

“9/30/22, I rented a 5x10 upstairs unit for the past few years. There was never a rodent issue and my storage items were safe. There are a few quirks about this place. All tenants can only pay storage rent by driving there every time and submitting a check. There is no online pay option. There are no storage area security cameras. Robert, who runs the office, presents moody at times. If you have an upstairs storage unit, that requires you to submit your drivers license to access the upstairs hallway to the storage unit. Robert provides no access for upstairs units during the office lunch hour. Therefore, if you arrive during the office lunch hour, you cannot access your upstairs unit to include waiting for the office to reopen after their lunch hour to return the upstairs hallway key and get back your drivers license. . Robert presented sarcastic, insolent, and discourteous several times over the years when talking with me on the phone when I called to schedule unit access. The storage rent increased only $4 total over the last two years which was acceptable. My rent began at $80/month. My rent was $84/month when I moved out. 2022 rental increase began first of August. I never received a rent increase courtesy notice in the mail. I arrived to pay rent first of August and I was verbally informed the rent had increased. Therefore, September 30, 2022, I'm moved out. The writing was on the wall. Renting a storage unit is difficult. It's having a random landlord in life to answer to. I learned it's better to rearrange my garage !!!”
