I have applied for an appliance because it’s needed and I have the income to support my rental… which I would probably end up buying. But I get denied. Then when I called the store that’s 10 miles from my house, I was told that they don’t service my area, but service places 15-20 miles further than where I live. I’m not a fan of this process, and so far I am highly debating if I’ll do buisness with rent a center in the future.

The store agent Kelly is a lying, dishonest, greedy b word. She lied about the approval I had being the total cost if I took the longest allotted time allowed in a term when it’s an approval in the same as cash price if a product. I’d like to speak with a supervisor to speak further in depth about her being a degrading employee that needs to be replaced asap before you lose more potential customer likes I could’ve/would’ve been.

I really don’t understand why my account has to be on auto pay, this whole go around with rentacenter has really been horrible and seems a bit corrupt. From ordering an item online to them call me to say I have to pay extra which it did not say online. To changing my order and then having to wait weeks for it to come when it’s in stock because they have to do all this extra stuff they didn’t do before, and now this autopay stuff, what if I didn’t have a card to setup auto pay. This is why nobody does rentacenter anymore. After I pay off my item I’m never getting furniture from this place again

Just discussing honestly the lady told me the items where her items when I was late the first 2 days of my order I waited several weeks to receive the items and the lady was just rude basically like she owned the store !!!!! I’m 82 years old and the way this lady carries herself was just very inappropriate rude and don’t know how to respect the elderly Kim!!!!!!!
