I have been coming here for a couple years now for my car's oil change every 5,000 miles. They are a small local business that is usually staffed with no more than 2 people at a time, so if you call for an appointment and can't get through, keep trying. They are prompt and my oil changes never take more than 30 minutes to complete. Check out Groupon for deals.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change at Pit Stop Motors for $58, but when I took my car in for the service, they said it will cost me $30 extra, because the $58 advertised Groupon price is for 2-5 quarts of oil, but my car needs 7.2 quarts. There was nothing in the "fine print" on Groupon stating that the $58 price only covered 2-5 quarts of oil. So, I can only give a 3-stars rating.

Got their deal for an oil change on Groupon. Instead of paying $115 for a full synthetic oil change I paid $40. I didn't have an appointment and instead of steering me away he took my car right away since I drove from Antioch. Took about 15 mins and I was out the door. Fast and great service.

I found this place on Groupon while searching for a place to do oil change, i went there and the guy took my car inside, i was outside watching the procedure and the guy said to go sit in the office am not allowed at workshop i went next to the door of the office and start watching him and i notice that the guy didn’t even change the Filter and that made me wondering if the oil type is really the good one that i paid for.

Excellent personal service. Very polite. Facility was spotless. Waiting area very clean. I used a Groupon with no problem. Will definitely come back here.

I had a Groupon for this place and drove all the way there only to get told I needed an appointment. No where on the Groupon did it say that and because I drove all the way from Oakland I was very unhappy. Won't be coming here again. Just went to big o and got in with no appointment. If I knew I needed an appointment, like it was supposed to say in the fine print, I would've made one. But I needed my oil changed TODAY.

I went here for a quick oil change, and then they offer to do a catalytic converter shield for my Prius for $250 only! Please tell them Cindy send you, bc I said I will refer my friends if you keep it cheap. LoL Prices may be a little higher depending on the year of the Prius. (Ps. I don't get commission whatsoever, the guy was just so nice. Just wanted to help a small business.)I checked a few Auto places, and the catalytic converter shield prices were between $300-$450.. one place charges $160 for labor but you have to order the catalytic converter shield on a website they give which was expensive as hell. Ps. It only take a min for thieves to steal your catalytic converter. Insurance deductible is $500 for me, but it might take a while to order one due to the shortage.

I'm very disappointed with Pit Stop. Long short story I paid over 400 hundred dollars to get my car fixed after repairing it the problem continues. I claimed one solution and they treated me like "it is what it is". Don't recommend at all. Save money and take your car to a real mechanic! Lost 400 hundred dollars!

Got a Groupon for an oil change and was in and out in about 30 min. The dude was super friendly and fast. The waiting room was cleaner than most auto shops I've been to too.
